World English Bible The pride of Israel testifies to his face. Therefore Israel and Ephraim will stumble in their iniquity. Judah also will stumble with them.

Contre lui, littéralement : contre sa face, car c'est dans l'expression du visage que se montrent l'orgueil et l'impudence. Leur figure suffit pour les condamner.

Juda aussi est tombé... Le peuple resté fidèle à David sera aussi enveloppé dans le châtiment, parce qu'il s'associe aux péchés d'Israël son frère.
