Des étrangers. Il n'y a que des étrangers (des barbares dans le sens antique du mot) qui ont pu en agir ainsi (Reuss). Remarquez la répétition du mot étrangers à la fin de la phrase : tournure oratoire qu'Esaïe emploie souvent pour faire ressortir le mot essentiel.
