World English Bible This house was finished on the third day of the month Adar, which was in the sixth year of the reign of Darius the king.

Le troisième jour du mois d'Adar, qui était le dernier mois de l'année (Esther 3.7). Le culte régulier pouvait donc commencer avec la nouvelle année.

La sixième année du règne de Darius. D'après Aggée 1.15 le travail avait commencé le vingt-quatrième jour du sixième mois de la deuxième année de Darius, en sorte qu'il avait duré quatre ans et demi moins trois semaines.
