World English Bible the angel who has redeemed me from all evil, bless the lads, and let my name be named on them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac. Let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth."

Que l'ange... Jacob identifie l'ange qui l'a délivré avec le Dieu de ses pères qui a été son berger.

Qu'ils soient appelés de mon nom... Ils porteront le nom de fils de Jacob, comme tous ses autres fils (verset 5), et, par là même, celui de petits-fils d'Isaac et d'arrière-petits-fils d'Abraham.
