3 à 10 Les louanges du roi.

Sa beauté, plus qu'humaine, n'a rien de hautain ; elle attire, au contraire, par l'expression de bienveillance (la grâce) qui anime ses traits.

C'est pourquoi Dieu t'a béni : la perfection morale, dont la beauté corporelle est ici l'expression, attire sur le roi la bénédiction divine.
