Deutéronome 12.23

Seulement, tiens ferme à ne pas manger le sang, car le sang est la vie ; et tu ne mangeras pas l'âme avec la chair.
Toutefois, évitez rigoureusement de consommer le sang de l’animal, car le sang est porteur de vie. Ne consommez donc pas l’élément vital en même temps que la viande ;
