Donc, conclusion de ce qui précède.

Puisqu'il ne se peut pas que les hommes ne vous haïssent comme ils m'ont haï, ne les craignez donc pas ! On ne craint pas ce qui est inévitable et prévu ; on s'apprête à l'affronter avec calme. Car -et c'est ici un second motif d'être sans crainte- il faut que la vérité soit proclamée dans ce monde, et vous devez être ses témoins. (versets 26,27)
