World English Bible Afterward the children of Israel shall return, and seek Yahweh their God, and David their king, and shall come with trembling to Yahweh and to his blessings in the last days.

Comme la femme dont il est question, finira sans doute par s'humilier et par prier son mari de la reprendre tout Ă  fait Ă  lui, lui promettant d'ĂȘtre fidĂšle, ainsi IsraĂ«l retournera Ă  son Dieu ; puis il recherchera en mĂȘme temps son roi (David) ; car, avec la conversion religieuse, le schisme politique prendra fin tout naturellement. AprĂšs l'exil, l'idolĂątrie et le schisme cessĂšrent du mĂȘme coup. Mais ce n'Ă©tait lĂ  qu'un commencement d'accomplissement, prĂ©lude de l'accomplissement plus parfait Ă  l'Ă©poque du Messie (voyez note 1.11).

Tremblants... vers l'Eternel... Ils s'approcheront de l'Eternel avec l'humble tremblement du pécheur repentant (11.11).

A la fin des temps. La fin de l'exil se confond pour le regard du prophĂšte avec les derniers temps.
