Disperse, littéralement : vanne (Jérémie 15.7).

Roue : la roue du chariot qu'on faisait passer sur l'aire pour séparer le grain des épis (Esaïe 28.27-28). Pas question du supplice de la roue de Amos 1.3. Le texte veut dire simplement qu'un roi sage usera de moyens sûrs et énergiques pour séparer les méchants des bons.
