L'épée, l'épée. Ezéchiel voit le glaive de Dieu, qui est celui de Nébucadnetsar, suspendu sur Jérusalem, en quelque sorte comme David voyait sur Morija le glaive de l'ange exterminateur frappant le peuple (2Samuel 24.17).

Aiguisée se rapporte au tranchant ; fourbie au plat du glaive, qui reluit au loin.
