Et quant à ceux qui demeureront de reste d'entre vous, je ferai venir la lâcheté dans leur coeur, dans les pays de leurs ennemis, et le bruit d'une feuille emportée par le vent les poursuivra, et ils fuiront comme on fuit l'épée, et tomberont sans que personne les poursuive ;

      36 "'As for those of you who are left, I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies: and the sound of a driven leaf will put them to flight; and they shall flee, as one flees from the sword; and they will fall when no one pursues.

      11 As soon as we had heard it, our hearts melted, neither did there remain any more spirit in any man, because of you: for Yahweh your God, he is God in heaven above, and on earth beneath.

      Josué 5

      1 It happened, when all the kings of the Amorites, who were beyond the Jordan westward, and all the kings of the Canaanites, who were by the sea, heard how that Yahweh had dried up the waters of the Jordan from before the children of Israel, until we had passed over, that their heart melted, neither was there spirit in them any more, because of the children of Israel.
