Depuis lors jusqu'à maintenant elle se construit : sauf quand l'ouvrage est forcément abandonné, ce qui d'aprés 4.5,24 semble avoir été l'état ordinaire des choses. Peut-être faut-il admettre que, pendant ces quinze années, le travail avait été de temps en temps repris, mais sans grands résultats.
