Pour les sacrificateurs. Il ne paraît pas qu'on puisse constater l'existence de deux classes de sacrificateurs dans la constitution ou dans les usages religieux avant Ezéchiel. Peut-être aussi tous les sacrificateurs occupaient-ils autrefois le même appartement.

Du service de la Maison. C'est-à-dire tout ce qui n'est pas sacrifices sanglants offerts sur l'autel des holocaustes Ce pouvait être l'offrande de l'encens ou des pains sur l'autel de bois dans le Lieu saint (41.22), le soin des lampes et aussi le chant.
