Avec l'holocauste : on peut même traduire : par dessus l'holocauste. Le sacrifice d'actions de grâces était habituellement joint à un holocauste ; que si on l'offrait seul, il pouvait être offert en même temps que l'holocauste quotidien du matin et du soir (6.12).
