Luc 12.32

-Ne crains pas, petit troupeau, car il a plu à votre Père de vous donner le royaume.
Vous n’êtes qu’un petit troupeau ; mais n’ayez pas peur, il a plu à votre père, dans sa bienveillance, de vous donner le royaume.
Sois sans crainte, petit troupeau ; car votre Père a trouvé bon de vous donner le royaume.

Petit troupeau, expression pleine d'affection, qui rappelle celle-ci : vous mes amis. (verset 4)

Jésus désigne par là le petit nombre de disciples qui l'entouraient alors au milieu de la foule indifférente ou hostile, et, en général, le peuple de Dieu, toujours petit et méprisé au milieu du monde.

Et cependant Jésus dit à ce petit troupeau : Ne crains point ! Bien qu'il soit, comme un troupeau de brebis, exposé à tous les dangers, il a dans le ciel son berger, (Psaumes 23.1) son Père, qui le protège et qui même a bien voulu lui donner le royaume.

Comment, assuré d'un tel bien, se livreraitil encore aux soucis de la vie ?
