Luc 13.14

Mais le chef de la synagogue, indigné de ce que Jésus avait fait une guérison un jour de sabbat, dit à la foule : « Il y a six jours pour travailler, venez donc vous faire guérir ces jours-là et non pas le jour du sabbat. »

      4 He said to them, "Is it lawful on the Sabbath day to do good, or to do harm? To save a life, or to kill?" But they were silent.
      5 When he had looked around at them with anger, being grieved at the hardening of their hearts, he said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." He stretched it out, and his hand was restored as healthy as the other.
      6 The Pharisees went out, and immediately conspired with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.

      3 Jesus, answering, spoke to the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, "Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath?"
      4 But they were silent. He took him, and healed him, and let him go.
      5 He answered them, "Which of you, if your son or an ox fell into a well, wouldn't immediately pull him out on a Sabbath day?"
      6 They couldn't answer him regarding these things.
