- 2 Samuel 22
  
  1 Et David adressa à l'Éternel les paroles de ce cantique, le jour où l'Éternel l'eut délivré de la main de tous ses ennemis et de la main de Saül.
  
  2 Et il dit : L'Éternel est mon rocher et mon lieu fort, et celui qui me délivre.
  
  3 Dieu est mon rocher, je me confierai en lui, mon bouclier et la corne de mon salut, ma haute retraite et mon refuge. Mon Sauveur, tu me sauveras de la violence !
  
  4 Je crierai à l'Éternel, qui est digne d'être loué, et je serai sauvé de mes ennemis.
  
  5 Car les vagues de la mort m'ont environné, les torrents de Bélial m'ont fait peur ;
  
  6 Les cordeaux du shéol m'ont entouré, les filets de la mort m'ont surpris :
  
  7 Dans ma détresse, j'ai invoqué l'Éternel, et j'ai appelé mon Dieu, et, de son temple, il a entendu ma voix, et mon cri est parvenu à ses oreilles.
  
  8 Alors la terre fut ébranlée et trembla ; les fondements des cieux furent secoués et furent ébranlés, parce qu'il était irrité.
  
  9 Une fumée montait de ses narines, et un feu sortant de sa bouche dévorait ; des charbons en jaillissaient embrasés.
  
  10 Et il abaissa les cieux, et descendit ; et il y avait une obscurité profonde sous ses pieds.
  
  11 Et il était monté sur un chérubin, et volait, et il parut sur les ailes du vent.
  
  12 Et il mit autour de lui les ténèbres pour tente, des amas d'eaux, d'épaisses nuées de l'air.
  
  13 De la splendeur qui était devant lui jaillissaient, embrasés, des charbons de feu.
  
  14 L'Éternel tonna des cieux, et le Très-haut fit retentir sa voix.
  
  15 Et il tira des flèches et dispersa mes ennemis ; il lança l'éclair, et les mit en déroute.
  
  16 Alors les lits de la mer parurent, les fondements du monde furent mis à découvert, quand l'Éternel les tançait par le souffle du vent de ses narines.
  
  17 D'en haut, il étendit sa main, il me prit, il me tira des grandes eaux ;
  
  18 Il me délivra de mon puissant ennemi, de ceux qui me haïssaient ; car ils étaient plus forts que moi.
  
  19 Ils m'avaient surpris au jour de ma calamité, mais l'Éternel fut mon appui.
  
  20 Et il me fit sortir au large, il me délivra, parce qu'il prenait son plaisir en moi.
  
  21 L'Éternel m'a récompensé selon ma justice, il m'a rendu selon la pureté de mes mains ;
  
  22 Car j'ai gardé les voies de l'Éternel, et je ne me suis point méchamment détourné de mon Dieu ;
  
  23 Car toutes ses ordonnances ont été devant moi ; et de ses statuts, je ne me suis pas écarté ;
  
  24 Et j'ai été parfait envers lui, et je me suis gardé de mon iniquité.
  
  25 Et l'Éternel m'a rendu selon ma justice, selon ma pureté devant ses yeux.
  
  26 Avec celui qui use de grâce, tu uses de grâce ; avec l'homme parfait, tu te montres parfait ;
  
  27 Avec celui qui est pur, tu te montres pur ; et avec le pervers, tu es roide.
  
  28 Et tu sauveras le peuple affligé, et tes yeux sont sur les hautains, et tu les abaisses.
  
  29 Car toi, Éternel ! tu es ma lampe ; et l'Éternel fait resplendir mes ténèbres.
  
  30 Car, par toi, je courrai au travers d'une troupe ; par mon Dieu, je franchirai une muraille.
  
  31 Quant à Dieu, sa voie est parfaite ; la parole de l'Éternel est affinée ; il est un bouclier à tous ceux qui se confient en lui.
  
  32 Car qui est Dieu, hormis l'Éternel ? et qui est un rocher, hormis notre Dieu ?
  
  33 Dieu est ma puissante forteresse, et il aplanit parfaitement ma voie.
  
  34 Il rend mes pieds pareils à ceux des biches, et me fait tenir debout sur mes lieux élevés.
  
  35 Il enseigne mes mains à combattre ; et mes bras bandent un arc d'airain.
  
  36 Et tu m'as donné le bouclier de ton salut, et ta débonnaireté m'a agrandi.
  
  37 Tu as mis au large mes pas sous moi, et les chevilles de mes pieds n'ont pas chancelé.
  
  38 J'ai poursuivi mes ennemis, et je les ai détruits ; et je ne m'en suis pas retourné que je ne les aie consumés.
  
  39 Et je les ai consumés, je les ai transpercés, et ils ne se sont pas relevés, mais ils sont tombés sous mes pieds.
  
  40 Et tu m'a ceint de force pour le combat ; tu as courbé sous moi ceux qui s'élevaient contre moi.
  
  41 Et tu as fait que mes ennemis m'ont tourné le dos ; et ceux qui me haïssaient, je les ai détruits.
  
  42 Ils regardaient, et il n'y avait point de sauveur ; ils regardaient vers l'Éternel, et il ne leur a pas répondu.
  
  43 Et je les ai brisés menu comme la poussière de la terre ; comme la boue des rues, je les ai écrasés, je les ai foulés.
  
  44 Et tu m'as délivré des débats de mon peuple ; tu m'as gardé pour être le chef des nations ; un peuple que je ne connaissais pas me servira.
  
  45 Les fils de l'étranger se sont soumis à moi en dissimulant ; dès qu'ils ont entendu de leur oreille, ils m'ont obéi.
  
  46 Les fils de l'étranger ont dépéri, et ils sont sortis en tremblant de leurs lieux cachés.
  
  47 L'Éternel est vivant ; et que mon Rocher soit béni ! Et que Dieu, le rocher de mon salut, soit exalté,
  
  48 le Dieu qui m'a donné des vengeances, et qui a amené les peuples sous moi.
  
  49 Et qui m'a fait sortir du milieu de mes ennemis. Tu m'as élevé au-dessus de ceux qui s'élèvent contre moi, tu m'as délivré de l'homme violent.
  
  50 C'est pourquoi, Éternel ! je te célébrerai parmi les nations, et je chanterai des cantiques à la gloire de ton nom.
  
  51 C'est lui qui a donné de grandes délivrances à son roi, et qui use de bonté envers son oint, envers David, et envers sa semence, à toujours.
  
  Ezéchiel 29
  
  1 La dixième année, au dixième mois, le douzième jour du mois, la parole de l'Éternel vint à moi, disant :
  
  2 Fils d'homme, tourne ta face contre le Pharaon, le roi d'Égypte, et prophétise contre lui et contre l'Égypte tout entière.
  
  3 Parle, et dis : Ainsi dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel : Voici, j'en veux à toi, le Pharaon, roi d'Égypte, grand monstre des eaux, couché au milieu de ses fleuves, qui dis : Mon fleuve est à moi, et je me le suis fait !
  
  4 Et je mettrai un anneau dans tes mâchoires, et j'attacherai à tes écailles les poissons de tes fleuves, et je te ferai monter du milieu de tes fleuves, et tous les poissons de tes fleuves qui sont attachés à tes écailles.
  
  5 Et je te jetterai dans le désert, toi et tous les poissons de tes fleuves ; tu tomberas sur la face des champs, tu ne seras pas recueilli ni rassemblé ; je te donnerai en pâture aux bêtes de la terre et aux oiseaux des cieux.
  
  6 Et tous les habitants de l'Égypte sauront que je suis l'Éternel, parce qu'ils ont été un appui de roseau pour la maison d'Israël ;
  
  7 lorsqu'ils t'ont pris par la main, tu t'es rompu, et tu leur as déchiré toute l'épaule ; et quand ils se sont appuyés sur toi, tu t'es cassé, et tu as fait chanceler tous leurs reins.
  
  8 C'est pourquoi, ainsi dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel : Voici, je fais venir l'épée sur toi, et je retrancherai de toi hommes et bêtes.
  
  9 Et le pays d'Égypte sera une désolation et un désert ; et ils sauront que je suis l'Éternel, parce qu'il a dit : Le fleuve est à moi, et moi je l'ai fait.
  
  10 C'est pourquoi, voici, j'en veux à toi et à tes fleuves, et je ferai du pays d'Égypte des déserts d'aridité et de désolation, depuis Migdol à Syène, et jusqu'à la frontière de l'Éthiopie ;
  
  11 le pied de l'homme n'y passera pas, et le pied de la bête n'y passera pas ; et il ne sera pas habité pendant quarante ans.
  
  12 Et je ferai du pays d'Égypte une désolation au milieu des pays désolés, et ses villes seront, au milieu des villes dévastées, une désolation pendant quarante ans ; et je disperserai les Égyptiens parmi les nations, et je les disséminerai dans les pays.
  
  13 Mais ainsi dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel : Au bout de quarante ans, je rassemblerai les Égyptiens d'entre les peuples parmi lesquels ils auront été dispersés ;
  
  14 et je rétablirai les captifs de l'Égypte, et je les ferai revenir dans le pays de Pathros, dans le pays de leur origine ; et ils seront là un royaume abaissé.
  
  15 Il sera plus bas que tous les royaumes, et il ne s'élèvera plus au-dessus des nations, et je les diminuerai, en sorte qu'ils ne dominent plus sur les nations.
  
  16 Et il ne sera plus la confiance de la maison d'Israël, mettant en mémoire son iniquité quand elle se tournait après eux ; et ils sauront que je suis le Seigneur, l'Éternel.
  
  17 Et il arriva, la vingt-septième année, au premier mois, le premier jour du mois, que la parole de l'Éternel vint à moi, disant :
  
  18 Fils d'homme, Nebucadretsar, roi de Babylone, a fait travailler son armée à un grand travail contre Tyr : toute tête en est devenue chauve, et toute épaule en a été écorchée ; et il n'a eu de Tyr aucun salaire, ni pour lui, ni pour son armée, pour le travail qu'il a fait contre elle.
  
  19 C'est pourquoi, ainsi dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel : Voici, je donne à Nebucadretsar, roi de Babylone, le pays d'Égypte ; et il en enlèvera la multitude, il en emportera le butin, et en fera le pillage : et ce sera le salaire de son armée.
  
  20 En récompense de son travail contre Tyr, je lui ai donné le pays d'Égypte, parce qu'ils ont travaillé pour moi, dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel.
  
  21 En ce jour-là je ferai germer la corne de la maison d'Israël, et je te donnerai une bouche ouverte au milieu d'eux ; et ils sauront que je suis l'Éternel.
  
  Galates 2
  
  1 Ensuite, au bout de quatorze ans, je montai de nouveau à Jérusalem avec Barnabas, prenant aussi Tite avec moi.
  
  2 Or j'y montai selon une révélation, et je leur exposai l'évangile que je prêche parmi les nations, mais, dans le particulier, à ceux qui étaient considérés, de peur qu'en quelque manière je ne courusse ou n'eusse couru en vain
  
  3 (cependant, même Tite qui était avec moi, quoiqu'il fût Grec, ne fut pas contraint à être circoncis) :
  
  4 et cela à cause des faux frères, furtivement introduits, qui s'étaient insinués pour épier la liberté que nous avons dans le Christ Jésus, afin de nous réduire à la servitude ;
  
  5 auxquels nous n'avons pas cédé par soumission, non pas même un moment, afin que la vérité de l'évangile demeurât avec vous.
  
  6 Or, de ceux qui étaient considérés comme étant quelque chose..., quels qu'ils aient pu être, cela ne m'importe en rien : Dieu n'a point égard à l'apparence de l'homme..., à moi, certes, ceux qui étaient considérés n'ont rien communiqué de plus ;
  
  7 mais au contraire, ayant vu que l'évangile de l'incirconcision m'a été confié, comme celui de la circoncision l'a été à Pierre,
  
  8 (car celui qui a opéré en Pierre pour l'apostolat de la circoncision a opéré en moi aussi envers les nations,)
  
  9 et ayant reconnu la grâce qui m'a été donnée, Jacques, et Céphas, et Jean, qui étaient considérés comme étant des colonnes, me donnèrent, à moi et à Barnabas, la main d'association, afin que nous allassions vers les nations, et eux vers la circoncision,
  
  10 voulant seulement que nous nous souvinssions des pauvres, ce qu'aussi je me suis appliqué à faire.
  
  11 Mais quand Céphas vint à Antioche, je lui résistai en face, parce qu'il était condamné.
  
  12 Car, avant que quelques-uns fussent venus d'auprès de Jacques, il mangeait avec ceux des nations ; mais quand ceux-là furent venus, il se retira et se sépara lui-même, craignant ceux de la circoncision ;
  
  13 et les autres Juifs aussi usèrent de dissimulation avec lui, de sorte que Barnabas même fut entraîné avec eux par leur dissimulation.
  
  14 Mais quand je vis qu'ils ne marchaient pas droit, selon la vérité de l'évangile, je dis à Céphas devant tous : Si toi qui es juif, tu vis comme les nations et non pas comme les juifs, comment contrains-tu les nations à judaïser ?
  
  15 Nous qui, de nature, sommes juifs et non point pécheurs d'entre les nations,
  
  16 sachant néanmoins que l'homme n'est pas justifié sur le principe des oeuvres de loi, ni autrement que par la foi en Jésus Christ, nous aussi, nous avons cru au Christ Jésus, afin que nous fussions justifiés sur le principe de la foi en Christ et non pas sur le principe des oeuvres de loi : parce que sur le principe des oeuvres de loi nulle chair ne sera justifiée.
  
  17 Or si, en cherchant à être justifiés en Christ, nous-mêmes aussi nous avons été trouvés pécheurs, Christ donc est ministre de péché ?
  
  18 Qu'ainsi n'advienne ! Car si ces mêmes choses que j'ai renversées, je les réédifie, je me constitue transgresseur moi-même.
  
  19 Car moi, par la loi, je suis mort à la loi, afin que je vive à Dieu.
  
  20 Je suis crucifié avec Christ ; et je ne vis plus, moi, mais Christ vit en moi ; -et ce que je vis maintenant dans la chair, je le vis dans la foi, la foi au fils de Dieu, qui m'a aimé et qui s'est livré lui-même pour moi.
  
  21 Je n'annule pas la grâce de Dieu ; car si la justice est par la loi, Christ est donc mort pour rien.

  1 David spoke to Yahweh the words of this song in the day that Yahweh delivered him out of the hand of all his enemies, and out of the hand of Saul:
  
  2 and he said, "Yahweh is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer, even mine;
  
  3 God, my rock, in him I will take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge. My savior, you save me from violence.
  
  4 I will call on Yahweh, who is worthy to be praised: So shall I be saved from my enemies.
  
  5 For the waves of death surrounded me. The floods of ungodliness made me afraid.
  
  6 The cords of Sheol were around me. The snares of death caught me.
  
  7 In my distress I called on Yahweh. Yes, I called to my God. He heard my voice out of his temple. My cry came into his ears.
  
  8 Then the earth shook and trembled. The foundations of heaven quaked and were shaken, because he was angry.
  
  9 Smoke went up out of his nostrils. Fire out of his mouth devoured. Coals were kindled by it.
  
  10 He bowed the heavens also, and came down. Thick darkness was under his feet.
  
  11 He rode on a cherub, and flew. Yes, he was seen on the wings of the wind.
  
  12 He made darkness pavilions around himself: gathering of waters, and thick clouds of the skies.
  
  13 At the brightness before him, coals of fire were kindled.
  
  14 Yahweh thundered from heaven. The Most High uttered his voice.
  
  15 He sent out arrows, and scattered them; lightning, and confused them.
  
  16 Then the channels of the sea appeared. The foundations of the world were laid bare by the rebuke of Yahweh, At the blast of the breath of his nostrils.
  
  17 He sent from on high and he took me. He drew me out of many waters.
  
  18 He delivered me from my strong enemy, from those who hated me, for they were too mighty for me.
  
  19 They came on me in the day of my calamity, but Yahweh was my support.
  
  20 He also brought me out into a large place. He delivered me, because he delighted in me.
  
  21 Yahweh rewarded me according to my righteousness. He rewarded me according to the cleanness of my hands.
  
  22 For I have kept the ways of Yahweh, and have not wickedly departed from my God.
  
  23 For all his ordinances were before me. As for his statutes, I did not depart from them.
  
  24 I was also perfect toward him. I kept myself from my iniquity.
  
  25 Therefore Yahweh has rewarded me according to my righteousness, According to my cleanness in his eyesight.
  
  26 With the merciful you will show yourself merciful. With the perfect man you will show yourself perfect.
  
  27 With the pure you will show yourself pure. With the crooked you will show yourself shrewd.
  
  28 You will save the afflicted people, But your eyes are on the haughty, that you may bring them down.
  
  29 For you are my lamp, Yahweh. Yahweh will light up my darkness.
  
  30 For by you, I run against a troop. By my God, I leap over a wall.
  
  31 As for God, his way is perfect. The word of Yahweh is tested. He is a shield to all those who take refuge in him.
  
  32 For who is God, besides Yahweh? Who is a rock, besides our God?
  
  33 God is my strong fortress. He makes my way perfect.
  
  34 He makes his feet like hinds' feet, and sets me on my high places.
  
  35 He teaches my hands to war, so that my arms bend a bow of brass.
  
  36 You have also given me the shield of your salvation. Your gentleness has made me great.
  
  37 You have enlarged my steps under me. My feet have not slipped.
  
  38 I have pursued my enemies and destroyed them. I didn't turn again until they were consumed.
  
  39 I have consumed them, and struck them through, so that they can't arise. Yes, they have fallen under my feet.
  
  40 For you have armed me with strength for the battle. You have subdued under me those who rose up against me.
  
  41 You have also made my enemies turn their backs to me, that I might cut off those who hate me.
  
  42 They looked, but there was none to save; even to Yahweh, but he didn't answer them.
  
  43 Then I beat them as small as the dust of the earth. I crushed them as the mire of the streets, and spread them abroad.
  
  44 You also have delivered me from the strivings of my people. You have kept me to be the head of the nations. A people whom I have not known will serve me.
  
  45 The foreigners will submit themselves to me. As soon as they hear of me, they will obey me.
  
  46 The foreigners will fade away, and will come trembling out of their close places.
  
  47 Yahweh lives! Blessed be my rock! Exalted be God, the rock of my salvation,
  
  48 even the God who executes vengeance for me, who brings down peoples under me,
  
  49 who brings me away from my enemies. Yes, you lift me up above those who rise up against me. You deliver me from the violent man.
  
  50 Therefore I will give thanks to you, Yahweh, among the nations. Will sing praises to your name.
  
  51 He gives great deliverance to his king, and shows loving kindness to his anointed, to David and to his seed, forevermore."
  
  Ezéchiel 29
  
  1 In the tenth year, in the tenth month, on the twelfth day of the month, the word of Yahweh came to me, saying,
  
  2 "Son of man, set your face against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and prophesy against him and against all Egypt.
  
  3 Speak and say, 'Thus says the Lord Yahweh: "Behold, I am against you, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great monster that lies in the midst of his rivers, that has said, 'My river is my own, and I have made it for myself.'
  
  4 I will put hooks in your jaws, and I will make the fish of your rivers stick to your scales; and I will bring you up out of the midst of your rivers, with all the fish of your rivers which stick to your scales.
  
  5 I'll cast you forth into the wilderness, you and all the fish of your rivers. You'll fall on the open field. You won't be brought together, nor gathered. I have given you for food to the animals of the earth and to the birds of the sky.
  
  6 All the inhabitants of Egypt will know that I am Yahweh, because they have been a staff of reed to the house of Israel.
  
  7 When they took hold of you by your hand, you broke, and tore all their shoulders; and when they leaned on you, you broke, and paralyzed all of their thighs."
  
  8 Therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh: "Behold, I will bring a sword on you, and will cut off man and animal from you.
  
  9 The land of Egypt shall be a desolation and a waste; and they shall know that I am Yahweh. Because he has said, 'The river is mine, and I have made it;'
  
  10 therefore, behold, I am against you, and against your rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt an utter waste and desolation, from the tower of Seveneh even to the border of Ethiopia.
  
  11 No foot of man shall pass through it, nor foot of animal shall pass through it, neither shall it be inhabited forty years.
  
  12 I will make the land of Egypt a desolation in the midst of the countries that are desolate; and her cities among the cities that are laid waste shall be a desolation forty years; and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries."
  
  13 For thus says the Lord Yahweh: "At the end of forty years will I gather the Egyptians from the peoples where they were scattered;
  
  14 and I will bring back the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return into the land of Pathros, into the land of their birth; and they shall be there a base kingdom.
  
  15 It shall be the base of the kingdoms; neither shall it any more lift itself up above the nations: and I will diminish them, that they shall no more rule over the nations.
  
  16 It shall be no more the confidence of the house of Israel, bringing iniquity to memory, when they turn to look after them: and they shall know that I am the Lord Yahweh."'"
  
  17 It came to pass in the seven and twentieth year, in the first [month], in the first [day] of the month, the word of Yahweh came to me, saying,
  
  18 Son of man, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon caused his army to serve a great service against Tyre: every head was made bald, and every shoulder was worn; yet had he no wages, nor his army, from Tyre, for the service that he had served against it.
  
  19 Therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I will give the land of Egypt to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; and he shall carry off her multitude, and take her spoil, and take her prey; and it shall be the wages for his army.
  
  20 I have given him the land of Egypt as his recompense for which he served, because they worked for me, says the Lord Yahweh.
  
  21 In that day will I cause a horn to bud forth to the house of Israel, and I will give you the opening of the mouth in their midst; and they shall know that I am Yahweh.
  
  Galates 2
  
  1 Then after a period of fourteen years I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, taking Titus also with me.
  
  2 I went up by revelation, and I laid before them the Good News which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately before those who were respected, for fear that I might be running, or had run, in vain.
  
  3 But not even Titus, who was with me, being a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised.
  
  4 This was because of the false brothers secretly brought in, who stole in to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage;
  
  5 to whom we gave no place in the way of subjection, not for an hour, that the truth of the Good News might continue with you.
  
  6 But from those who were reputed to be important (whatever they were, it makes no difference to me; God doesn't show partiality to man)--they, I say, who were respected imparted nothing to me,
  
  7 but to the contrary, when they saw that I had been entrusted with the Good News for the uncircumcision, even as Peter with the Good News for the circumcision
  
  8 (for he who appointed Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision appointed me also to the Gentiles);
  
  9 and when they perceived the grace that was given to me, James and Cephas and John, they who were reputed to be pillars, gave to me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship, that we should go to the Gentiles, and they to the circumcision.
  
  10 They only asked us to remember the poor--which very thing I was also zealous to do.
  
  11 But when Peter came to Antioch, I resisted him to his face, because he stood condemned.
  
  12 For before some people came from James, he ate with the Gentiles. But when they came, he drew back and separated himself, fearing those who were of the circumcision.
  
  13 And the rest of the Jews joined him in his hypocrisy; so that even Barnabas was carried away with their hypocrisy.
  
  14 But when I saw that they didn't walk uprightly according to the truth of the Good News, I said to Peter before them all, "If you, being a Jew, live as the Gentiles do, and not as the Jews do, why do you compel the Gentiles to live as the Jews do?
  
  15 "We, being Jews by nature, and not Gentile sinners,
  
  16 yet knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, even we believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ, and not by the works of the law, because no flesh will be justified by the works of the law.
  
  17 But if, while we sought to be justified in Christ, we ourselves also were found sinners, is Christ a servant of sin? Certainly not!
  
  18 For if I build up again those things which I destroyed, I prove myself a law-breaker.
  
  19 For I, through the law, died to the law, that I might live to God.
  
  20 I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me.
  
  21 I don't make void the grace of God. For if righteousness is through the law, then Christ died for nothing!"
- 2 Samuel 22
  
  1 וַיְדַבֵּ֤ר דָּוִד֙ לַֽיהוָ֔ה אֶת־דִּבְרֵ֖י הַשִּׁירָ֣ה הַזֹּ֑את בְּיוֹם֩ הִצִּ֨יל יְהוָ֥ה אֹת֛וֹ מִכַּ֥ף כָּל־אֹיְבָ֖יו וּמִכַּ֥ף שָׁאֽוּל׃
  
  2 וַיֹּאמַ֑ר יְהוָ֛ה סַֽלְעִ֥י וּמְצֻדָתִ֖י וּמְפַלְטִי־לִֽי׃
  
  3 אֱלֹהֵ֥י צוּרִ֖י אֶחֱסֶה־בּ֑וֹ מָגִנִּ֞י וְקֶ֣רֶן יִשְׁעִ֗י מִשְׂגַּבִּי֙ וּמְנוּסִ֔י מֹשִׁעִ֕י מֵחָמָ֖ס תֹּשִׁעֵֽנִי׃
  
  4 מְהֻלָּ֖ל אֶקְרָ֣א יְהוָ֑ה וּמֵאֹיְבַ֖י אִוָּשֵֽׁעַ׃
  
  5 כִּ֥י אֲפָפֻ֖נִי מִשְׁבְּרֵי־מָ֑וֶת נַחֲלֵ֥י בְלִיַּ֖עַל יְבַעֲתֻֽנִי׃
  
  6 חֶבְלֵ֥י שְׁא֖וֹל סַבֻּ֑נִי קִדְּמֻ֖נִי מֹֽקְשֵׁי־מָֽוֶת׃
  
  7 בַּצַּר־לִי֙ אֶקְרָ֣א יְהוָ֔ה וְאֶל־אֱלֹהַ֖י אֶקְרָ֑א וַיִּשְׁמַ֤ע מֵהֵֽיכָלוֹ֙ קוֹלִ֔י וְשַׁוְעָתִ֖י בְּאָזְנָֽיו׃
  
  8 *ותגעש **וַיִּתְגָּעַ֤שׁ וַתִּרְעַשׁ֙ הָאָ֔רֶץ מוֹסְד֥וֹת הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם יִרְגָּ֑זוּ וַיִּֽתְגָּעֲשׁ֖וּ כִּֽי־חָ֥רָה לֽוֹ׃
  
  9 עָלָ֤ה עָשָׁן֙ בְּאַפּ֔וֹ וְאֵ֥שׁ מִפִּ֖יו תֹּאכֵ֑ל גֶּחָלִ֖ים בָּעֲר֥וּ מִמֶּֽנּוּ׃
  
  10 וַיֵּ֥ט שָׁמַ֖יִם וַיֵּרַ֑ד וַעֲרָפֶ֖ל תַּ֥חַת רַגְלָֽיו׃
  
  11 וַיִּרְכַּ֥ב עַל־כְּר֖וּב וַיָּעֹ֑ף וַיֵּרָ֖א עַל־כַּנְפֵי־רֽוּחַ׃
  
  12 וַיָּ֥שֶׁת חֹ֛שֶׁךְ סְבִיבֹתָ֖יו סֻכּ֑וֹת חַֽשְׁרַת־מַ֖יִם עָבֵ֥י שְׁחָקִֽים׃
  
  13 מִנֹּ֖גַהּ נֶגְדּ֑וֹ בָּעֲר֖וּ גַּחֲלֵי־אֵֽשׁ׃
  
  14 יַרְעֵ֥ם מִן־שָׁמַ֖יִם יְהוָ֑ה וְעֶלְי֖וֹן יִתֵּ֥ן קוֹלֽוֹ׃
  
  15 וַיִּשְׁלַ֥ח חִצִּ֖ים וַיְפִיצֵ֑ם בָּרָ֖ק *ויהמם **וַיָּהֹֽם׃
  
  16 וַיֵּֽרָאוּ֙ אֲפִ֣קֵי יָ֔ם יִגָּל֖וּ מֹסְד֣וֹת תֵּבֵ֑ל בְּגַעֲרַ֣ת יְהוָ֔ה מִנִּשְׁמַ֖ת ר֥וּחַ אַפּֽוֹ׃
  
  17 יִשְׁלַ֥ח מִמָּר֖וֹם יִקָּחֵ֑נִי יַֽמְשֵׁ֖נִי מִמַּ֥יִם רַבִּֽים׃
  
  18 יַצִּילֵ֕נִי מֵאֹיְבִ֖י עָ֑ז מִשֹּׂ֣נְאַ֔י כִּ֥י אָמְצ֖וּ מִמֶּֽנִּי׃
  
  19 יְקַדְּמֻ֖נִי בְּי֣וֹם אֵידִ֑י וַיְהִ֧י יְהוָ֛ה מִשְׁעָ֖ן לִֽי׃
  
  20 וַיֹּצֵ֥א לַמֶּרְחָ֖ב אֹתִ֑י יְחַלְּצֵ֖נִי כִּי־חָ֥פֵֽץ בִּֽי׃
  
  21 יִגְמְלֵ֥נִי יְהוָ֖ה כְּצִדְקָתִ֑י כְּבֹ֥ר יָדַ֖י יָשִׁ֥יב לִֽי׃
  
  22 כִּ֥י שָׁמַ֖רְתִּי דַּרְכֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וְלֹ֥א רָשַׁ֖עְתִּי מֵאֱלֹהָֽי׃
  
  23 כִּ֥י כָל־*משפטו **מִשְׁפָּטָ֖יו לְנֶגְדִּ֑י וְחֻקֹּתָ֖יו לֹא־אָס֥וּר מִמֶּֽנָּה׃
  
  24 וָאֶהְיֶ֥ה תָמִ֖ים ל֑וֹ וָאֶשְׁתַּמְּרָ֖ה מֵעֲוֺנִֽי׃
  
  25 וַיָּ֧שֶׁב יְהוָ֛ה לִ֖י כְּצִדְקָתִ֑י כְּבֹרִ֖י לְנֶ֥גֶד עֵינָֽיו׃
  
  26 עִם־חָסִ֖יד תִּתְחַסָּ֑ד עִם־גִּבּ֥וֹר תָּמִ֖ים תִּתַּמָּֽם׃
  
  27 עִם־נָבָ֖ר תִּתָּבָ֑ר וְעִם־עִקֵּ֖שׁ תִּתַּפָּֽל׃
  
  28 וְאֶת־עַ֥ם עָנִ֖י תּוֹשִׁ֑יעַ וְעֵינֶ֖יךָ עַל־רָמִ֥ים תַּשְׁפִּֽיל׃
  
  29 כִּֽי־אַתָּ֥ה נֵירִ֖י יְהוָ֑ה וַיהוָ֖ה יַגִּ֥יהַּ חָשְׁכִּֽי׃
  
  30 כִּ֥י בְכָ֖ה אָר֣וּץ גְּד֑וּד בֵּאלֹהַ֖י אֲדַלֶּג־שֽׁוּר׃
  
  31 הָאֵ֖ל תָּמִ֣ים דַּרְכּ֑וֹ אִמְרַ֤ת יְהוָה֙ צְרוּפָ֔ה מָגֵ֣ן ה֔וּא לְכֹ֖ל הַחֹסִ֥ים בּֽוֹ׃
  
  32 כִּ֥י מִי־אֵ֖ל מִבַּלְעֲדֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וּמִ֥י צ֖וּר מִֽבַּלְעֲדֵ֥י אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃
  
  33 הָאֵ֥ל מָעוּזִּ֖י חָ֑יִל וַיַּתֵּ֥ר תָּמִ֖ים *דרכו **דַּרְכִּֽי׃
  
  34 מְשַׁוֶּ֥ה *רגליו **רַגְלַ֖י כָּאַיָּל֑וֹת וְעַ֥ל בָּמוֹתַ֖י יַעֲמִדֵֽנִי׃
  
  35 מְלַמֵּ֥ד יָדַ֖י לַמִּלְחָמָ֑ה וְנִחַ֥ת קֶֽשֶׁת־נְחוּשָׁ֖ה זְרֹעֹתָֽי׃
  
  36 וַתִּתֶּן־לִ֖י מָגֵ֣ן יִשְׁעֶ֑ךָ וַעֲנֹתְךָ֖ תַּרְבֵּֽנִי׃
  
  37 תַּרְחִ֥יב צַעֲדִ֖י תַּחְתֵּ֑נִי וְלֹ֥א מָעֲד֖וּ קַרְסֻלָּֽי׃
  
  38 אֶרְדְּפָ֥ה אֹיְבַ֖י וָאַשְׁמִידֵ֑ם וְלֹ֥א אָשׁ֖וּב עַד־כַּלּוֹתָֽם׃
  
  39 וָאֲכַלֵּ֥ם וָאֶמְחָצֵ֖ם וְלֹ֣א יְקוּמ֑וּן וַֽיִּפְּל֖וּ תַּ֥חַת רַגְלָֽי׃
  
  40 וַתַּזְרֵ֥נִי חַ֖יִל לַמִּלְחָמָ֑ה תַּכְרִ֥יעַ קָמַ֖י תַּחְתֵּֽנִי׃
  
  41 וְאֹ֣יְבַ֔י תַּ֥תָּה לִּ֖י עֹ֑רֶף מְשַׂנְאַ֖י וָאַצְמִיתֵֽם׃
  
  42 יִשְׁע֖וּ וְאֵ֣ין מֹשִׁ֑יעַ אֶל־יְהוָ֖ה וְלֹ֥א עָנָֽם׃
  
  43 וְאֶשְׁחָקֵ֖ם כַּעֲפַר־אָ֑רֶץ כְּטִיט־חוּצ֥וֹת אֲדִקֵּ֖ם אֶרְקָעֵֽם׃
  
  44 וַֽתְּפַלְּטֵ֔נִי מֵרִיבֵ֖י עַמִּ֑י תִּשְׁמְרֵ֙נִי֙ לְרֹ֣אשׁ גּוֹיִ֔ם עַ֥ם לֹא־יָדַ֖עְתִּי יַעַבְדֻֽנִי׃
  
  45 בְּנֵ֥י נֵכָ֖ר יִתְכַּֽחֲשׁוּ־לִ֑י לִשְׁמ֥וֹעַ אֹ֖זֶן יִשָּׁ֥מְעוּ לִֽי׃

  2 בֶּן־אָדָ֕ם שִׂ֣ים פָּנֶ֔יךָ עַל־פַּרְעֹ֖ה מֶ֣לֶךְ מִצְרָ֑יִם וְהִנָּבֵ֣א עָלָ֔יו וְעַל־מִצְרַ֖יִם כֻּלָּֽהּ׃
  
  3 דַּבֵּ֨ר וְאָמַרְתָּ֜ כֹּֽה־אָמַ֣ר ׀ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֗ה הִנְנִ֤י עָלֶ֙יךָ֙ פַּרְעֹ֣ה מֶֽלֶךְ־מִצְרַ֔יִם הַתַּנִּים֙ הַגָּד֔וֹל הָרֹבֵ֖ץ בְּת֣וֹךְ יְאֹרָ֑יו אֲשֶׁ֥ר אָמַ֛ר לִ֥י יְאֹרִ֖י וַאֲנִ֥י עֲשִׂיתִֽנִי׃
  
  4 וְנָתַתִּ֤י *חחיים **חַחִים֙ בִּלְחָיֶ֔יךָ וְהִדְבַּקְתִּ֥י דְגַת־יְאֹרֶ֖יךָ בְּקַשְׂקְשֹׂתֶ֑יךָ וְהַעֲלִיתִ֙יךָ֙ מִתּ֣וֹךְ יְאֹרֶ֔יךָ וְאֵת֙ כָּל־דְּגַ֣ת יְאֹרֶ֔יךָ בְּקַשְׂקְשֹׂתֶ֖יךָ תִּדְבָּֽק׃
  
  5 וּנְטַשְׁתִּ֣יךָ הַמִּדְבָּ֗רָה אוֹתְךָ֙ וְאֵת֙ כָּל־דְּגַ֣ת יְאֹרֶ֔יךָ עַל־פְּנֵ֤י הַשָּׂדֶה֙ תִּפּ֔וֹל לֹ֥א תֵאָסֵ֖ף וְלֹ֣א תִקָּבֵ֑ץ לְחַיַּ֥ת הָאָ֛רֶץ וּלְע֥וֹף הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם נְתַתִּ֥יךָ לְאָכְלָֽה׃
  
  6 וְיָֽדְעוּ֙ כָּל־יֹשְׁבֵ֣י מִצְרַ֔יִם כִּ֖י אֲנִ֣י יְהוָ֑ה יַ֧עַן הֱיוֹתָ֛ם מִשְׁעֶ֥נֶת קָנֶ֖ה לְבֵ֥ית יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
  
  7 בְּתָפְשָׂ֨ם בְּךָ֤ *בכפך **בַכַּף֙ תֵּר֔וֹץ וּבָקַעְתָּ֥ לָהֶ֖ם כָּל־כָּתֵ֑ף וּבְהִֽשָּׁעֲנָ֤ם עָלֶ֙יךָ֙ תִּשָּׁבֵ֔ר וְהַעֲמַדְתָּ֥ לָהֶ֖ם כָּל־מָתְנָֽיִם׃
  
  8 לָכֵ֗ן כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה הִנְנִ֛י מֵבִ֥יא עָלַ֖יִךְ חָ֑רֶב וְהִכְרַתִּ֥י מִמֵּ֖ךְ אָדָ֥ם וּבְהֵמָֽה׃
  
  9 וְהָיְתָ֤ה אֶֽרֶץ־מִצְרַ֙יִם֙ לִשְׁמָמָ֣ה וְחָרְבָּ֔ה וְיָדְע֖וּ כִּֽי־אֲנִ֣י יְהוָ֑ה יַ֧עַן אָמַ֛ר יְאֹ֥ר לִ֖י וַאֲנִ֥י עָשִֽׂיתִי׃
  
  10 לָכֵ֛ן הִנְנִ֥י אֵלֶ֖יךָ וְאֶל־יְאֹרֶ֑יךָ וְנָתַתִּ֞י אֶת־אֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרַ֗יִם לְחָרְבוֹת֙ חֹ֣רֶב שְׁמָמָ֔ה מִמִּגְדֹּ֥ל סְוֵנֵ֖ה וְעַד־גְּב֥וּל כּֽוּשׁ׃
  
  11 לֹ֤א תַעֲבָר־בָּהּ֙ רֶ֣גֶל אָדָ֔ם וְרֶ֥גֶל בְּהֵמָ֖ה לֹ֣א תַעֲבָר־בָּ֑הּ וְלֹ֥א תֵשֵׁ֖ב אַרְבָּעִ֥ים שָׁנָֽה׃
  
  12 וְנָתַתִּ֣י אֶת־אֶרֶץ֩ מִצְרַ֨יִם שְׁמָמָ֜ה בְּת֣וֹךְ ׀ אֲרָצ֣וֹת נְשַׁמּ֗וֹת וְעָרֶ֙יהָ֙ בְּת֨וֹךְ עָרִ֤ים מָֽחֳרָבוֹת֙ תִּֽהְיֶ֣יןָ שְׁמָמָ֔ה אַרְבָּעִ֖ים שָׁנָ֑ה וַהֲפִצֹתִ֤י אֶת־מִצְרַ֙יִם֙ בַּגּוֹיִ֔ם וְֽזֵרִיתִ֖ים בָּאֲרָצֽוֹת׃
  
  13 כִּ֛י כֹּ֥ה אָמַ֖ר אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֑ה מִקֵּ֞ץ אַרְבָּעִ֤ים שָׁנָה֙ אֲקַבֵּ֣ץ אֶת־מִצְרַ֔יִם מִן־הָעַמִּ֖ים אֲשֶׁר־נָפֹ֥צוּ שָֽׁמָּה׃
  
  14 וְשַׁבְתִּי֙ אֶת־שְׁב֣וּת מִצְרַ֔יִם וַהֲשִׁבֹתִ֤י אֹתָם֙ אֶ֣רֶץ פַּתְר֔וֹס עַל־אֶ֖רֶץ מְכֽוּרָתָ֑ם וְהָ֥יוּ שָׁ֖ם מַמְלָכָ֥ה שְׁפָלָֽה׃
  
  15 מִן־הַמַּמְלָכוֹת֙ תִּהְיֶ֣ה שְׁפָלָ֔ה וְלֹֽא־תִתְנַשֵּׂ֥א ע֖וֹד עַל־הַגּוֹיִ֑ם וְהִ֨מְעַטְתִּ֔ים לְבִלְתִּ֖י רְד֥וֹת בַּגּוֹיִֽם׃
  
  16 וְלֹ֣א יִֽהְיֶה־עוֹד֩ לְבֵ֨ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל לְמִבְטָח֙ מַזְכִּ֣יר עָוֺ֔ן בִּפְנוֹתָ֖ם אַחֲרֵיהֶ֑ם וְיָ֣דְע֔וּ כִּ֥י אֲנִ֖י אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֽה׃
  
  17 וַיְהִ֗י בְּעֶשְׂרִ֤ים וָשֶׁ֙בַע֙ שָׁנָ֔ה בָּֽרִאשׁ֖וֹן בְּאֶחָ֣ד לַחֹ֑דֶשׁ הָיָ֥ה דְבַר־יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֥י לֵאמֹֽר׃
  
  18 בֶּן־אָדָ֗ם נְבוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֣ר מֶֽלֶךְ־בָּ֠בֶל הֶעֱבִ֨יד אֶת־חֵיל֜וֹ עֲבֹדָ֤ה גְדֹלָה֙ אֶל־צֹ֔ר כָּל־רֹ֣אשׁ מֻקְרָ֔ח וְכָל־כָּתֵ֖ף מְרוּטָ֑ה וְ֠שָׂכָר לֹא־הָ֨יָה ל֤וֹ וּלְחֵילוֹ֙ מִצֹּ֔ר עַל־הָעֲבֹדָ֖ה אֲשֶׁר־עָבַ֥ד עָלֶֽיהָ׃
  
  19 לָכֵ֗ן כֹּ֤ה אָמַר֙ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֔ה הִנְנִ֥י נֹתֵ֛ן לִנְבוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֥ר מֶֽלֶךְ־בָּבֶ֖ל אֶת־אֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרָ֑יִם וְנָשָׂ֨א הֲמֹנָ֜הּ וְשָׁלַ֤ל שְׁלָלָהּ֙ וּבָזַ֣ז בִּזָּ֔הּ וְהָיְתָ֥ה שָׂכָ֖ר לְחֵילֽוֹ׃
  
  20 פְּעֻלָּתוֹ֙ אֲשֶׁר־עָ֣בַד בָּ֔הּ נָתַ֥תִּי ל֖וֹ אֶת־אֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרָ֑יִם אֲשֶׁר֙ עָ֣שׂוּ לִ֔י נְאֻ֖ם אֲדֹנָ֥י יְהוִֽה׃
  
  21 בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֗וּא אַצְמִ֤יחַ קֶ֙רֶן֙ לְבֵ֣ית יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וּלְךָ֛ אֶתֵּ֥ן פִּתְחֽוֹן־פֶּ֖ה בְּתוֹכָ֑ם וְיָדְע֖וּ כִּי־אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃

  1 Ἔπειτα διὰ δεκατεσσάρων ἐτῶν πάλιν ἀνέβην εἰς Ἱεροσόλυμα μετὰ Βαρναβᾶ συμπαραλαβὼν καὶ Τίτον·
  
  2 ἀνέβην δὲ κατὰ ἀποκάλυψιν· καὶ ἀνεθέμην αὐτοῖς τὸ εὐαγγέλιον ὃ κηρύσσω ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν, κατ’ ἰδίαν δὲ τοῖς δοκοῦσιν, μή πως εἰς κενὸν τρέχω ἢ ἔδραμον.
  
  3 ἀλλ’ οὐδὲ Τίτος ὁ σὺν ἐμοί, Ἕλλην ὤν, ἠναγκάσθη περιτμηθῆναι·
  
  4 διὰ δὲ τοὺς παρεισάκτους ψευδαδέλφους, οἵτινες παρεισῆλθον κατασκοπῆσαι τὴν ἐλευθερίαν ἡμῶν ἣν ἔχομεν ἐν Χριστῷ Ἰησοῦ, ἵνα ἡμᾶς καταδουλώσουσιν—
  
  5 οἷς οὐδὲ πρὸς ὥραν εἴξαμεν τῇ ὑποταγῇ, ἵνα ἡ ἀλήθεια τοῦ εὐαγγελίου διαμείνῃ πρὸς ὑμᾶς.
  
  6 ἀπὸ δὲ τῶν δοκούντων εἶναί τι—ὁποῖοί ποτε ἦσαν οὐδέν μοι διαφέρει· πρόσωπον θεὸς ἀνθρώπου οὐ λαμβάνει—ἐμοὶ γὰρ οἱ δοκοῦντες οὐδὲν προσανέθεντο,
  
  7 ἀλλὰ τοὐναντίον ἰδόντες ὅτι πεπίστευμαι τὸ εὐαγγέλιον τῆς ἀκροβυστίας καθὼς Πέτρος τῆς περιτομῆς,
  
  8 ὁ γὰρ ἐνεργήσας Πέτρῳ εἰς ἀποστολὴν τῆς περιτομῆς ἐνήργησεν καὶ ἐμοὶ εἰς τὰ ἔθνη,
  
  9 καὶ γνόντες τὴν χάριν τὴν δοθεῖσάν μοι, Ἰάκωβος καὶ Κηφᾶς καὶ Ἰωάννης, οἱ δοκοῦντες στῦλοι εἶναι, δεξιὰς ἔδωκαν ἐμοὶ καὶ Βαρναβᾷ κοινωνίας, ἵνα ἡμεῖς εἰς τὰ ἔθνη, αὐτοὶ δὲ εἰς τὴν περιτομήν·
  
  10 μόνον τῶν πτωχῶν ἵνα μνημονεύωμεν, ὃ καὶ ἐσπούδασα αὐτὸ τοῦτο ποιῆσαι.
  
  11 Ὅτε δὲ ἦλθεν Κηφᾶς εἰς Ἀντιόχειαν, κατὰ πρόσωπον αὐτῷ ἀντέστην, ὅτι κατεγνωσμένος ἦν·
  
  12 πρὸ τοῦ γὰρ ἐλθεῖν τινας ἀπὸ Ἰακώβου μετὰ τῶν ἐθνῶν συνήσθιεν· ὅτε δὲ ἦλθον, ὑπέστελλεν καὶ ἀφώριζεν ἑαυτόν, φοβούμενος τοὺς ἐκ περιτομῆς.
  
  13 καὶ συνυπεκρίθησαν αὐτῷ καὶ οἱ λοιποὶ Ἰουδαῖοι, ὥστε καὶ Βαρναβᾶς συναπήχθη αὐτῶν τῇ ὑποκρίσει.
  
  14 ἀλλ’ ὅτε εἶδον ὅτι οὐκ ὀρθοποδοῦσιν πρὸς τὴν ἀλήθειαν τοῦ εὐαγγελίου, εἶπον τῷ Κηφᾷ ἔμπροσθεν πάντων· Εἰ σὺ Ἰουδαῖος ὑπάρχων ἐθνικῶς καὶ οὐκ Ἰουδαϊκῶς ζῇς, πῶς τὰ ἔθνη ἀναγκάζεις Ἰουδαΐζειν;
  
  15 Ἡμεῖς φύσει Ἰουδαῖοι καὶ οὐκ ἐξ ἐθνῶν ἁμαρτωλοί,
  
  16 εἰδότες δὲ ὅτι οὐ δικαιοῦται ἄνθρωπος ἐξ ἔργων νόμου ἐὰν μὴ διὰ πίστεως Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ, καὶ ἡμεῖς εἰς Χριστὸν Ἰησοῦν ἐπιστεύσαμεν, ἵνα δικαιωθῶμεν ἐκ πίστεως Χριστοῦ καὶ οὐκ ἐξ ἔργων νόμου, ὅτι ἐξ ἔργων νόμου οὐ δικαιωθήσεται πᾶσα σάρξ.
  
  17 εἰ δὲ ζητοῦντες δικαιωθῆναι ἐν Χριστῷ εὑρέθημεν καὶ αὐτοὶ ἁμαρτωλοί, ἆρα Χριστὸς ἁμαρτίας διάκονος; μὴ γένοιτο·
  
  18 εἰ γὰρ ἃ κατέλυσα ταῦτα πάλιν οἰκοδομῶ, παραβάτην ἐμαυτὸν συνιστάνω.
  
  19 ἐγὼ γὰρ διὰ νόμου νόμῳ ἀπέθανον ἵνα θεῷ ζήσω· Χριστῷ συνεσταύρωμαι·
  
  20 ζῶ δὲ οὐκέτι ἐγώ, ζῇ δὲ ἐν ἐμοὶ Χριστός· ὃ δὲ νῦν ζῶ ἐν σαρκί, ἐν πίστει ζῶ τῇ τοῦ υἱοῦ τοῦ θεοῦ τοῦ ἀγαπήσαντός με καὶ παραδόντος ἑαυτὸν ὑπὲρ ἐμοῦ.
  
  21 οὐκ ἀθετῶ τὴν χάριν τοῦ θεοῦ· εἰ γὰρ διὰ νόμου δικαιοσύνη, ἄρα Χριστὸς δωρεὰν ἀπέθανεν.
