- 1 Rois 16
  
  1 Et la parole de l'Éternel vint à Jéhu, fils de Hanani, contre Baësha, disant :
  
  2 Parce que je t'ai élevé de la poussière, et que je t'ai établi prince sur mon peuple Israël, et que tu as marché dans la voie de Jéroboam, et que tu as fait pécher mon peuple Israël, pour qu'ils me provoquent par leurs péchés :
  
  3 voici, j'ôterai Baësha et sa maison ; et je ferai de ta maison comme j'ai fait de la maison de Jéroboam, fils de Nebath.
  
  4 Celui de la maison de Baësha qui mourra dans la ville, les chiens le mangeront, et celui de sa maison qui mourra dans les champs, les oiseaux des cieux le mangeront.
  
  5 Et le reste des actes de Baësha, et ce qu'il fit, et sa puissance, cela n'est-il pas écrit dans le livre des chroniques des rois d'Israël ?
  
  6 Et Baësha s'endormit avec ses pères, et il fut enterré à Thirtsa ; et Éla, son fils, régna à sa place.
  
  7 Et par Jéhu, fils de Hanani, le prophète, la parole de l'Éternel vint aussi contre Baësha, et contre sa maison, à cause de tout le mal qu'il faisait devant les yeux de l'Éternel, pour le provoquer à colère par l'oeuvre de ses mains, pour qu'il fût comme la maison de Jéroboam, et parce qu'il tua celui-ci.
  
  8 La vingt-sixième année d'Asa, roi de Juda, Éla, fils de Baësha, commença de régner sur Israël à Thirtsa, et il régna deux ans.
  
  9 Et son serviteur Zimri, chef de la moitié de ses chars, conspira contre lui. Et il était à Thirtsa, buvant et s'enivrant dans la maison d'Artsa, qui était préposé sur sa maison à Thirtsa.
  
  10 Et Zimri y alla et le frappa, et le mit à mort la vingt-septième année d'Asa, roi de Juda ; et il régna à sa place.
  
  11 Et il arriva que, lorsqu'il commença de régner, aussitôt qu'il s'assit sur son trône, il frappa toute la maison de Baësha ; il ne lui laissa pas un seul mâle, ni ses parents, ni un ami.
  
  12 Et Zimri détruisit toute la maison de Baësha, selon la parole de l'Éternel qu'il prononça contre Baësha par Jéhu, le prophète,
  
  13 à cause de tous les péchés de Baësha et des péchés d'Éla, son fils, qu'ils avaient commis et par lesquels ils avaient fait pécher Israël, pour provoquer à colère l'Éternel, le Dieu d'Israël, par leurs vanités.
  
  14 Et le reste des actes d'Éla, et tout ce qu'il fit, cela n'est-il pas écrit dans le livre des chroniques des rois d'Israël ?
  
  15 La vingt-septième année d'Asa, roi de Juda, Zimri régna sept jours à Thirtsa. Et le peuple était campé contre Guibbethon, qui était aux Philistins.
  
  16 Et le peuple qui campait ouït dire : Zimri a conspiré, et il a aussi frappé le roi. Et ce même jour, dans le camp, tout Israël établit Omri, chef de l'armée, roi sur Israël.
  
  17 Et Omri et tout Israël avec lui montèrent de Guibbethon, et mirent le siège devant Thirtsa.
  
  18 Et il arriva que, quand Zimri vit que la ville était prise, il entra dans le palais de la maison du roi, et brûla par le feu la maison du roi sur lui ;
  
  19 et il mourut à cause de ses péchés qu'il avait commis en faisant ce qui est mauvais aux yeux de l'Éternel, en marchant dans la voie de Jéroboam et dans son péché qu'il fit pour faire pécher Israël.
  
  20 Et le reste des actes de Zimri, et la conspiration qu'il fit, cela n'est-il pas écrit dans le livre de chroniques des rois d'Israël ?
  
  21 Alors le peuple d'Israël fut divisé par moitiés : la moitié du peuple suivit Thibni, fils de Guinath, pour le faire roi ; et la moitié suivit Omri.
  
  22 Et le peuple qui suivit Omri, prévalut sur le peuple qui suivit Thibni, fils de Guinath ; et Thibni mourut, et Omri régna.
  
  23 La trente et unième année d'Asa, roi de Juda, Omri commença de régner sur Israël, et il régna douze ans. Il régna six ans à Thirtsa.
  
  24 Et il acheta de Shémer la montagne de Samarie pour deux talents d'argent ; et il bâtit sur la montagne, et appela le nom de la ville qu'il bâtit Samarie, selon le nom de Shémer, propriétaire de la montagne.
  
  25 Et Omri fit ce qui est mauvais aux yeux de l'Éternel, et il fit pis que tous ceux qui avaient été avant lui.
  
  26 Et il marcha dans toute la voie de Jéroboam, fils de Nebath, et dans ses péchés par lesquels il avait fait pécher Israël pour provoquer à colère l'Éternel, le Dieu d'Israël, par leurs vanités.
  
  27 Et le reste des actes d'Omri, ce qu'il fit, et sa puissance qu'il montra, cela n'est-il pas écrit dans le livre des chroniques des rois d'Israël ?
  
  28 Et Omri s'endormit avec ses pères, et il fut enterré à Samarie ; et Achab, son fils, régna à sa place.
  
  29 Et Achab, fils d'Omri, commença de régner sur Israël la trente-huitième année d'Asa, roi de Juda. Et Achab, fils d'Omri, régna sur Israël à Samarie, vingt-deux ans.
  
  30 Et Achab, fils d'Omri, fit ce qui est mauvais aux yeux de l'Éternel, plus que tous ceux qui avaient été avant lui.
  
  31 Et il arriva que, comme si c'était peu de chose qu'il marchât dans les péchés de Jéroboam, fils de Nebath, il prit pour femme Jézabel, fille d'Ethbaal, roi des Sidoniens, et alla et servit Baal, et se prosterna devant lui,
  
  32 et dressa un autel à Baal dans la maison de Baal qu'il bâtit à Samarie.
  
  33 Et Achab fit une ashère ; et Achab fit plus que tous les rois d'Israël qui avaient été avant lui, pour provoquer à colère l'Éternel, le Dieu d'Israël.
  
  34 De son temps, Hiel, le Béthélite, bâtit Jéricho ; il la fonda sur Abiram, son premier-né, et posa ses portes sur Segub, son plus jeune fils, selon la parole de l'Éternel, qu'il avait dite par Josué, fils de Nun.
  
  Ezéchiel 46
  
  1 Ainsi dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel : La porte du parvis intérieur, qui regarde vers l'orient, sera fermée les six jours de travail ; mais le jour du sabbat, elle sera ouverte, et le jour de la nouvelle lune, elle sera ouverte.
  
  2 Et le prince viendra du dehors par le chemin du portique de la porte, et il se tiendra près des poteaux de la porte, et les sacrificateurs offriront son holocauste et ses sacrifices de prospérités ; et il rendra son culte sur le seuil de la porte, et il sortira ; et la porte ne se fermera pas jusqu'au soir.
  
  3 Et le peuple du pays rendra son culte à l'entrée de cette porte, les jours de sabbat et aux nouvelles lunes, devant l'Éternel.
  
  4 Et l'holocauste que le prince présentera à l'Éternel, le jour du sabbat, sera de six agneaux sans défaut, et d'un bélier sans défaut ;
  
  5 et l'offrande de gâteau, d'un épha pour le bélier ; et pour les agneaux, l'offrande de gâteau sera ce que sa main peut donner ; et de l'huile, un hin par épha.
  
  6 Et, au jour de la nouvelle lune, un jeune taureau sans défaut, et six agneaux, et un bélier ;
  
  7 ils seront sans défaut ; et il offrira une offrande de gâteau d'un épha pour le taureau, et d'un épha pour le bélier ; et, pour les agneaux, selon ce que sa main aura pu trouver ; et de l'huile, un hin par épha.
  
  8 Et quand le prince entrera, il entrera par le chemin du portique de la porte, et il sortira par le même chemin.
  
  9 Et quand le peuple du pays entrera devant l'Éternel, lors des solennités, celui qui entrera par le chemin de la porte du nord, pour rendre son culte, sortira par le chemin de la porte du midi ; et celui qui entrera par le chemin de la porte du midi, sortira par le chemin de la porte du nord ; il ne s'en retournera pas par le chemin de la porte par laquelle il est entré, mais il sortira par celle qui est vis-à-vis.
  
  10 Et le prince entrera au milieu d'eux, quand ils entreront ; et, quand ils sortiront, ils sortiront ensemble.
  
  11 Et aux fêtes, et aux solennités, l'offrande de gâteau sera d'un épha pour le taureau, et d'un épha pour le bélier ; et, pour les agneaux, ce que sa main peut donner ; et de l'huile, un hin par épha.
  
  12 Mais si le prince offre un holocauste volontaire, ou des sacrifices volontaires de prospérités à l'Éternel, on lui ouvrira la porte qui regarde vers l'orient ; et il offrira son holocauste et ses sacrifices de prospérités, comme il fait le jour du sabbat ; puis il sortira, et on fermera la porte après qu'il sera sorti.
  
  13 Et tu offriras chaque jour à l'Éternel un agneau âgé d'un an, sans défaut, comme holocauste ;
  
  14 tu l'offriras chaque matin ; et tu offriras l'offrande de gâteau, avec lui, chaque matin, le sixième d'un épha ; et de l'huile, le tiers d'un hin, pour humecter la fleur de farine, -une offrande continuelle de gâteau à l'Éternel, par ordonnance perpétuelle.
  
  15 Et on offrira l'agneau, et le gâteau, et l'huile, chaque matin, un holocauste continuel.
  
  16 Ainsi dit le Seigneur, l'Éternel : Si le prince fait un don à l'un de ses fils, ce sera l'héritage de celui-ci pour ses fils, leur possession comme héritage.
  
  17 Et si, de son héritage, il fait un don à l'un de ses serviteurs, cela lui appartiendra jusqu'à l'année de liberté, et alors retournera au prince ; seulement son héritage demeurera à ses fils.
  
  18 Et le prince ne prendra pas de l'héritage du peuple en les opprimant, les chassant de leur possession : c'est de sa propre possession qu'il fera hériter ses fils, afin que mon peuple ne soit pas dispersé, chacun loin de sa possession.
  
  19 Puis il m'amena par le passage qui était à côté de la porte, vers les cellules saintes des sacrificateurs, qui regardent vers le nord ; et voici, il y avait là un lieu, au fond, vers l'occident.
  
  20 Et il me dit : C'est ici le lieu où les sacrificateurs feront bouillir le sacrifice pour le délit, et le sacrifice pour le péché et où ils cuiront l'offrande de gâteau, en sorte qu'ils ne les portent pas dehors dans le parvis extérieur de manière à sanctifier le peuple.
  
  21 Et il me fit sortir dans le parvis extérieur et me fit passer aux quatre angles du parvis ; et voici, il y avait un parvis dans chaque angle du parvis.
  
  22 Dans les quatre angles du parvis, il y avait des parvis clos, quarante coudées en longueur et trente en largeur ; il y avait une même mesure pour les quatre parvis des angles ;
  
  23 et, à l'entour, dans ces parvis, une maçonnerie continue, autour des quatre ; et des foyers à cuire, pratiqués au-dessous des rangées, à l'entour.
  
  24 Et il me dit : Ce sont ici les cuisines, où ceux qui font le service de la maison font cuire les sacrifices du peuple.
  
  Colossiens 3
  
  1 Si donc vous avez été ressuscités avec le Christ, cherchez les choses qui sont en haut, où le Christ est assis à la droite de Dieu ;
  
  2 pensez aux choses qui sont en haut, non pas à celles qui sont sur la terre ;
  
  3 car vous êtes morts, et votre vie est cachée avec le Christ en Dieu.
  
  4 Quand le Christ qui est notre vie, sera manifesté, alors vous aussi, vous serez manifestés avec lui en gloire.
  
  5 Mortifiez donc vos membres qui sont sur la terre, la fornication, l'impureté, les affections déréglées, la mauvaise convoitise, et la cupidité, qui est de l'idolâtrie ;
  
  6 à cause desquelles la colère de Dieu vient sur les fils de la désobéissance ;
  
  7 parmi lesquels vous aussi vous avez marché autrefois, quand vous viviez dans ces choses.
  
  8 Mais maintenant, renoncez vous aussi à toutes ces choses : colère, courroux, malice, injures, paroles honteuses venant de votre bouche.
  
  9 Ne mentez point l'un à l'autre, ayant dépouillé le vieil homme avec ses actions
  
  10 ayant revêtu le nouvel homme qui est renouvelé en connaissance, selon l'image de celui qui l'a créé,
  
  11 où il n'y a pas Grec et Juif, circoncision et incirconcision, barbare, Scythe, esclave, homme libre ; mais où Christ est tout et en tous.
  
  12 Revêtez-vous donc, comme des élus de Dieu, saints et bien-aimés, d'entrailles de miséricorde, de bonté, d'humilité, de douceur, de longanimité,
  
  13 supportant l'un l'autre et vous pardonnant les uns aux autres, si l'un a un sujet de plainte contre un autre ; comme aussi le Christ vous a pardonné, vous aussi faites de même.
  
  14 Et par-dessus toutes ces choses, revêtez-vous de l'amour, qui est le lien de la perfection.
  
  15 Et que la paix du Christ, à laquelle aussi vous avez été appelés en un seul corps, préside dans vos coeurs ; et soyez reconnaissants.
  
  16 Que la parole du Christ habite en vous richement, -en toute sagesse vous enseignant et vous exhortant l'un l'autre, par des psaumes, des hymnes, des cantiques spirituels, chantant de vos coeurs à Dieu dans un esprit de grâce.
  
  17 Et quelque chose que vous fassiez, en parole ou en oeuvre, faites tout au nom du Seigneur Jésus, rendant grâces par lui à Dieu le Père.
  
  18 Femmes, soyez soumises à vos maris, comme il convient dans le Seigneur.
  
  19 Maris, aimez vos femmes et ne vous aigrissez pas contre elles.
  
  20 Enfants, obéissez à vos parents en toutes choses, car cela est agréable dans le Seigneur.
  
  21 Pères, n'irritez pas vos enfants, afin qu'ils ne soient pas découragés.
  
  22 Esclaves, obéissez en toutes choses à vos maîtres selon la chair, ne servant pas sous leurs yeux seulement, comme voulant plaire aux hommes, mais en simplicité de coeur, craignant le Seigneur.
  
  23 Quoi que vous fassiez, faites-le de coeur, comme pour le Seigneur et non pour les hommes,
  
  24 sachant que du Seigneur vous recevrez la récompense de l'héritage : vous servez le Seigneur Christ.
  
  25 Car celui qui agit injustement, recevra ce qu'il aura fait injustement ; et il n'y a pas d'acception de personnes.

  1 The word of Yahweh came to Jehu the son of Hanani against Baasha, saying,
  
  2 "Because I exalted you out of the dust, and made you prince over my people Israel, and you have walked in the way of Jeroboam, and have made my people Israel to sin, to provoke me to anger with their sins;
  
  3 behold, I will utterly sweep away Baasha and his house; and I will make your house like the house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat.
  
  4 The dogs will eat Baasha's descendants who die in the city; and he who dies of his in the field the birds of the sky will eat."
  
  5 Now the rest of the acts of Baasha, and what he did, and his might, aren't they written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
  
  6 Baasha slept with his fathers, and was buried in Tirzah; and Elah his son reigned in his place.
  
  7 Moreover by the prophet Jehu the son of Hanani came the word of Yahweh against Baasha, and against his house, both because of all the evil that he did in the sight of Yahweh, to provoke him to anger with the work of his hands, in being like the house of Jeroboam, and because he struck him.
  
  8 In the twenty-sixth year of Asa king of Judah, Elah the son of Baasha began to reign over Israel in Tirzah for two years.
  
  9 His servant Zimri, captain of half his chariots, conspired against him. Now he was in Tirzah, drinking himself drunk in the house of Arza, who was over the household in Tirzah:
  
  10 and Zimri went in and struck him, and killed him, in the twenty-seventh year of Asa king of Judah, and reigned in his place.
  
  11 It happened, when he began to reign, as soon as he sat on his throne, that he struck all the house of Baasha: he didn't leave him a single one who urinates on a wall, neither of his relatives, nor of his friends.
  
  12 Thus Zimri destroyed all the house of Baasha, according to the word of Yahweh, which he spoke against Baasha by Jehu the prophet,
  
  13 for all the sins of Baasha, and the sins of Elah his son, which they sinned, and with which they made Israel to sin, to provoke Yahweh, the God of Israel, to anger with their vanities.
  
  14 Now the rest of the acts of Elah, and all that he did, aren't they written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
  
  15 In the twenty-seventh year of Asa king of Judah, Zimri reigned seven days in Tirzah. Now the people were encamped against Gibbethon, which belonged to the Philistines.
  
  16 The people who were encamped heard say, Zimri has conspired, and has also struck the king: therefore all Israel made Omri, the captain of the army, king over Israel that day in the camp.
  
  17 Omri went up from Gibbethon, and all Israel with him, and they besieged Tirzah.
  
  18 It happened, when Zimri saw that the city was taken, that he went into the castle of the king's house, and burnt the king's house over him with fire, and died,
  
  19 for his sins which he sinned in doing that which was evil in the sight of Yahweh, in walking in the way of Jeroboam, and in his sin which he did, to make Israel to sin.
  
  20 Now the rest of the acts of Zimri, and his treason that he committed, aren't they written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
  
  21 Then were the people of Israel divided into two parts: half of the people followed Tibni the son of Ginath, to make him king; and half followed Omri.
  
  22 But the people who followed Omri prevailed against the people who followed Tibni the son of Ginath: so Tibni died, and Omri reigned.
  
  23 In the thirty-first year of Asa king of Judah, Omri began to reign over Israel for twelve years. He reigned six years in Tirzah.
  
  24 He bought the hill Samaria of Shemer for two talents of silver; and he built on the hill, and called the name of the city which he built, after the name of Shemer, the owner of the hill, Samaria.
  
  25 Omri did that which was evil in the sight of Yahweh, and dealt wickedly above all who were before him.
  
  26 For he walked in all the way of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and in his sins with which he made Israel to sin, to provoke Yahweh, the God of Israel, to anger with their vanities.
  
  27 Now the rest of the acts of Omri which he did, and his might that he showed, aren't they written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
  
  28 So Omri slept with his fathers, and was buried in Samaria; and Ahab his son reigned in his place.
  
  29 In the thirty-eighth year of Asa king of Judah began Ahab the son of Omri to reign over Israel: and Ahab the son of Omri reigned over Israel in Samaria twenty-two years.
  
  30 Ahab the son of Omri did that which was evil in the sight of Yahweh above all that were before him.
  
  31 It happened, as if it had been a light thing for him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, that he took as wife Jezebel the daughter of Ethbaal king of the Sidonians, and went and served Baal, and worshiped him.
  
  32 He reared up an altar for Baal in the house of Baal, which he had built in Samaria.
  
  33 Ahab made the Asherah; and Ahab did yet more to provoke Yahweh, the God of Israel, to anger than all the kings of Israel who were before him.
  
  34 In his days Hiel the Bethelite built Jericho: he laid its foundation with the loss of Abiram his firstborn, and set up its gates with the loss of his youngest son Segub, according to the word of Yahweh, which he spoke by Joshua the son of Nun.
  
  Ezéchiel 46
  
  1 Thus says the Lord Yahweh: The gate of the inner court that looks toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the Sabbath day it shall be opened, and on the day of the new moon it shall be opened.
  
  2 The prince shall enter by the way of the porch of the gate outside, and shall stand by the post of the gate; and the priests shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings, and he shall worship at the threshold of the gate: then he shall go forth; but the gate shall not be shut until the evening.
  
  3 The people of the land shall worship at the door of that gate before Yahweh on the Sabbaths and on the new moons.
  
  4 The burnt offering that the prince shall offer to Yahweh shall be on the Sabbath day six lambs without blemish and a ram without blemish;
  
  5 and the meal offering shall be an ephah for the ram, and the meal offering for the lambs as he is able to give, and a hin of oil to an ephah.
  
  6 On the day of the new moon it shall be a young bull without blemish, and six lambs, and a ram; they shall be without blemish:
  
  7 and he shall prepare a meal offering, an ephah for the bull, and an ephah for the ram, and for the lambs according as he is able, and a hin of oil to an ephah.
  
  8 When the prince shall enter, he shall go in by the way of the porch of the gate, and he shall go forth by its way.
  
  9 But when the people of the land shall come before Yahweh in the appointed feasts, he who enters by the way of the north gate to worship shall go forth by the way of the south gate; and he who enters by the way of the south gate shall go forth by the way of the north gate: he shall not return by the way of the gate by which he came in, but shall go forth straight before him.
  
  10 The prince, when they go in, shall go in with of them; and when they go out, he shall go out.
  
  11 In the feasts and in the solemnities the meal offering shall be an ephah for a bull, and an ephah for a ram, and for the lambs as he is able to give, and a hin of oil to an ephah.
  
  12 When the prince shall prepare a freewill offering, a burnt offering or peace offerings as a freewill offering to Yahweh, one shall open for him the gate that looks toward the east; and he shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings, as he does on the Sabbath day: then he shall go forth; and after his going forth one shall shut the gate.
  
  13 You shall prepare a lamb a year old without blemish for a burnt offering to Yahweh daily: morning by morning you shall prepare it.
  
  14 You shall prepare a meal offering with it morning by morning, the sixth part of an ephah, and the third part of a hin of oil, to moisten the fine flour; a meal offering to Yahweh continually by a perpetual ordinance.
  
  15 Thus shall they prepare the lamb, and the meal offering, and the oil, morning by morning, for a continual burnt offering.
  
  16 Thus says the Lord Yahweh: If the prince give a gift to any of his sons, it is his inheritance, it shall belong to his sons; it is their possession by inheritance.
  
  17 But if he give of his inheritance a gift to one of his servants, it shall be his to the year of liberty; then it shall return to the prince; but as for his inheritance, it shall be for his sons.
  
  18 Moreover the prince shall not take of the people's inheritance, to thrust them out of their possession; he shall give inheritance to his sons out of his own possession, that my people not be scattered every man from his possession.
  
  19 Then he brought me through the entry, which was at the side of the gate, into the holy rooms for the priests, which looked toward the north: and behold, there was a place on the hinder part westward.
  
  20 He said to me, This is the place where the priests shall boil the trespass offering and the sin offering, [and] where they shall bake the meal offering; that they not bring them forth into the outer court, to sanctify the people.
  
  21 Then he brought me forth into the outer court, and caused me to pass by the four corners of the court; and behold, in every corner of the court there was a court.
  
  22 In the four corners of the court there were courts enclosed, forty [cubits] long and thirty broad: these four in the corners were of one measure.
  
  23 There was a wall around in them, around the four, and boiling places were made under the walls all around.
  
  24 Then he said to me, These are the boiling houses, where the ministers of the house shall boil the sacrifice of the people.
  
  Colossiens 3
  
  1 If then you were raised together with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated on the right hand of God.
  
  2 Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are on the earth.
  
  3 For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.
  
  4 When Christ, our life, is revealed, then you will also be revealed with him in glory.
  
  5 Put to death therefore your members which are on the earth: sexual immorality, uncleanness, depraved passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry;
  
  6 for which things' sake the wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience.
  
  7 You also once walked in those, when you lived in them;
  
  8 but now you also put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and shameful speaking out of your mouth.
  
  9 Don't lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old man with his doings,
  
  10 and have put on the new man, who is being renewed in knowledge after the image of his Creator,
  
  11 where there can't be Greek and Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, barbarian, Scythian, bondservant, freeman; but Christ is all, and in all.
  
  12 Put on therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance;
  
  13 bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do.
  
  14 Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection.
  
  15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.
  
  16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your heart to the Lord.
  
  17 Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him.
  
  18 Wives, be in subjection to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.
  
  19 Husbands, love your wives, and don't be bitter against them.
  
  20 Children, obey your parents in all things, for this pleases the Lord.
  
  21 Fathers, don't provoke your children, so that they won't be discouraged.
  
  22 Servants, obey in all things those who are your masters according to the flesh, not just when they are looking, as men pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing God.
  
  23 And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,
  
  24 knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.
  
  25 But he who does wrong will receive again for the wrong that he has done, and there is no partiality.

  1 וַיְהִ֤י דְבַר־יְהוָה֙ אֶל־יֵה֣וּא בֶן־חֲנָ֔נִי עַל־בַּעְשָׁ֖א לֵאמֹֽר׃
  
  2 יַ֗עַן אֲשֶׁ֤ר הֲרִימֹתִ֙יךָ֙ מִן־הֶ֣עָפָ֔ר וָאֶתֶּנְךָ֣ נָגִ֔יד עַ֖ל עַמִּ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וַתֵּ֣לֶךְ ׀ בְּדֶ֣רֶךְ יָרָבְעָ֗ם וַֽתַּחֲטִא֙ אֶת־עַמִּ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל לְהַכְעִיסֵ֖נִי בְּחַטֹּאתָֽם׃
  
  3 הִנְנִ֥י מַבְעִ֛יר אַחֲרֵ֥י בַעְשָׁ֖א וְאַחֲרֵ֣י בֵית֑וֹ וְנָֽתַתִּי֙ אֶת־בֵּ֣יתְךָ֔ כְּבֵ֖ית יָרָבְעָ֥ם בֶּן־נְבָֽט׃
  
  4 הַמֵּ֤ת לְבַעְשָׁא֙ בָּעִ֔יר יֹֽאכְל֖וּ הַכְּלָבִ֑ים וְהַמֵּ֥ת לוֹ֙ בַּשָּׂדֶ֔ה יֹאכְל֖וּ ע֥וֹף הַשָּׁמָֽיִם׃
  
  5 וְיֶ֨תֶר דִּבְרֵ֥י בַעְשָׁ֛א וַאֲשֶׁ֥ר עָשָׂ֖ה וּגְבֽוּרָת֑וֹ הֲלֹא־הֵ֣ם כְּתוּבִ֗ים עַל־סֵ֛פֶר דִּבְרֵ֥י הַיָּמִ֖ים לְמַלְכֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
  
  6 וַיִּשְׁכַּ֤ב בַּעְשָׁא֙ עִם־אֲבֹתָ֔יו וַיִּקָּבֵ֖ר בְּתִרְצָ֑ה וַיִּמְלֹ֛ךְ אֵלָ֥ה בְנ֖וֹ תַּחְתָּֽיו׃
  
  7 וְגַ֡ם בְּיַד־יֵה֨וּא בֶן־חֲנָ֜נִי הַנָּבִ֗יא דְּבַר־יְהוָ֡ה הָיָה֩ אֶל־בַּעְשָׁ֨א וְאֶל־בֵּית֜וֹ וְעַ֥ל כָּל־הָרָעָ֣ה ׀ אֲשֶׁר־עָשָׂ֣ה ׀ בְּעֵינֵ֣י יְהוָ֗ה לְהַכְעִיסוֹ֙ בְּמַעֲשֵׂ֣ה יָדָ֔יו לִהְי֖וֹת כְּבֵ֣ית יָרָבְעָ֑ם וְעַ֥ל אֲשֶׁר־הִכָּ֖ה אֹתֽוֹ׃
  
  8 בִּשְׁנַ֨ת עֶשְׂרִ֤ים וָשֵׁשׁ֙ שָׁנָ֔ה לְאָסָ֖א מֶ֣לֶךְ יְהוּדָ֑ה מָ֠לַךְ אֵלָ֨ה בֶן־בַּעְשָׁ֧א עַל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל בְּתִרְצָ֖ה שְׁנָתָֽיִם׃
  
  9 וַיִּקְשֹׁ֤ר עָלָיו֙ עַבְדּ֣וֹ זִמְרִ֔י שַׂ֖ר מַחֲצִ֣ית הָרָ֑כֶב וְה֤וּא בְתִרְצָה֙ שֹׁתֶ֣ה שִׁכּ֔וֹר בֵּ֣ית אַרְצָ֔א אֲשֶׁ֥ר עַל־הַבַּ֖יִת בְּתִרְצָֽה׃
  
  10 וַיָּבֹ֤א זִמְרִי֙ וַיַּכֵּ֣הוּ וַיְמִיתֵ֔הוּ בִּשְׁנַת֙ עֶשְׂרִ֣ים וָשֶׁ֔בַע לְאָסָ֖א מֶ֣לֶךְ יְהוּדָ֑ה וַיִּמְלֹ֖ךְ תַּחְתָּֽיו׃
  
  11 וַיְהִ֨י בְמָלְכ֜וֹ כְּשִׁבְתּ֣וֹ עַל־כִּסְא֗וֹ הִכָּה֙ אֶת־כָּל־בֵּ֣ית בַּעְשָׁ֔א לֹֽא־הִשְׁאִ֥יר ל֖וֹ מַשְׁתִּ֣ין בְּקִ֑יר וְגֹאֲלָ֖יו וְרֵעֵֽהוּ׃
  
  12 וַיַּשְׁמֵ֣ד זִמְרִ֔י אֵ֖ת כָּל־בֵּ֣ית בַּעְשָׁ֑א כִּדְבַ֤ר יְהוָה֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר דִּבֶּ֣ר אֶל־בַּעְשָׁ֔א בְּיַ֖ד יֵה֥וּא הַנָּבִֽיא׃
  
  13 אֶ֚ל כָּל־חַטֹּ֣אות בַּעְשָׁ֔א וְחַטֹּ֖אות אֵלָ֣ה בְנ֑וֹ אֲשֶׁ֣ר חָטְא֗וּ וַאֲשֶׁ֤ר הֶחֱטִ֙יאוּ֙ אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל לְהַכְעִ֗יס אֶת־יְהוָ֛ה אֱלֹהֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל בְּהַבְלֵיהֶֽם׃
  
  14 וְיֶ֛תֶר דִּבְרֵ֥י אֵלָ֖ה וְכָל־אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשָׂ֑ה הֲלֽוֹא־הֵ֣ם כְּתוּבִ֗ים עַל־סֵ֛פֶר דִּבְרֵ֥י הַיָּמִ֖ים לְמַלְכֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
  
  15 בִּשְׁנַת֩ עֶשְׂרִ֨ים וָשֶׁ֜בַע שָׁנָ֗ה לְאָסָא֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ יְהוּדָ֔ה מָלַ֥ךְ זִמְרִ֛י שִׁבְעַ֥ת יָמִ֖ים בְּתִרְצָ֑ה וְהָעָ֣ם חֹנִ֔ים עַֽל־גִּבְּת֖וֹן אֲשֶׁ֥ר לַפְּלִשְׁתִּֽים׃
  
  16 וַיִּשְׁמַ֤ע הָעָם֙ הַחֹנִ֣ים לֵאמֹ֔ר קָשַׁ֣ר זִמְרִ֔י וְגַ֖ם הִכָּ֣ה אֶת־הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ וַיַּמְלִ֣כוּ כָֽל־יִ֠שְׂרָאֵל אֶת־עָמְרִ֨י שַׂר־צָבָ֧א עַל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל בַּיּ֥וֹם הַה֖וּא בַּֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃
  
  17 וַיַּעֲלֶ֥ה עָמְרִ֛י וְכָל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֥ל עִמּ֖וֹ מִֽגִּבְּת֑וֹן וַיָּצֻ֖רוּ עַל־תִּרְצָֽה׃
  
  18 וַיְהִ֞י כִּרְא֤וֹת זִמְרִי֙ כִּֽי־נִלְכְּדָ֣ה הָעִ֔יר וַיָּבֹ֖א אֶל־אַרְמ֣וֹן בֵּית־הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ וַיִּשְׂרֹ֨ף עָלָ֧יו אֶת־בֵּֽית־מֶ֛לֶךְ בָּאֵ֖שׁ וַיָּמֹֽת׃
  
  19 עַל־*חטאתו **חַטֹּאתָיו֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר חָטָ֔א לַעֲשׂ֥וֹת הָרַ֖ע בְּעֵינֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה לָלֶ֙כֶת֙ בְּדֶ֣רֶךְ יָרָבְעָ֔ם וּבְחַטָּאתוֹ֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשָׂ֔ה לְהַחֲטִ֖יא אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
  
  20 וְיֶ֙תֶר֙ דִּבְרֵ֣י זִמְרִ֔י וְקִשְׁר֖וֹ אֲשֶׁ֣ר קָשָׁ֑ר הֲלֹֽא־הֵ֣ם כְּתוּבִ֗ים עַל־סֵ֛פֶר דִּבְרֵ֥י הַיָּמִ֖ים לְמַלְכֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
  
  21 אָ֧ז יֵחָלֵ֛ק הָעָ֥ם יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל לַחֵ֑צִי חֲצִ֨י הָעָ֜ם הָ֠יָה אַחֲרֵ֨י תִבְנִ֤י בֶן־גִּינַת֙ לְהַמְלִיכ֔וֹ וְהַחֲצִ֖י אַחֲרֵ֥י עָמְרִֽי׃
  
  22 וַיֶּחֱזַ֤ק הָעָם֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר אַחֲרֵ֣י עָמְרִ֔י אֶת־הָעָ֕ם אֲשֶׁ֥ר אַחֲרֵ֖י תִּבְנִ֣י בֶן־גִּינַ֑ת וַיָּ֣מָת תִּבְנִ֔י וַיִּמְלֹ֖ךְ עָמְרִֽי׃
  
  23 בִּשְׁנַת֩ שְׁלֹשִׁ֨ים וְאַחַ֜ת שָׁנָ֗ה לְאָסָא֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ יְהוּדָ֔ה מָלַ֤ךְ עָמְרִי֙ עַל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל שְׁתֵּ֥ים עֶשְׂרֵ֖ה שָׁנָ֑ה בְּתִרְצָ֖ה מָלַ֥ךְ שֵׁשׁ־שָׁנִֽים׃
  
  24 וַיִּ֜קֶן אֶת־הָהָ֥ר שֹׁמְר֛וֹן מֵ֥אֶת שֶׁ֖מֶר בְּכִכְּרַ֣יִם כָּ֑סֶף וַיִּ֙בֶן֙ אֶת־הָהָ֔ר וַיִּקְרָ֗א אֶת־שֵׁ֤ם הָעִיר֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר בָּנָ֔ה עַ֣ל שֶׁם־שֶׁ֔מֶר אֲדֹנֵ֖י הָהָ֥ר שֹׁמְרֽוֹן׃
  
  25 וַיַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה עָמְרִ֛י הָרַ֖ע בְּעֵינֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וַיָּ֕רַע מִכֹּ֖ל אֲשֶׁ֥ר לְפָנָֽיו׃
  
  26 וַיֵּ֗לֶךְ בְּכָל־דֶּ֙רֶךְ֙ יָרָבְעָ֣ם בֶּן־נְבָ֔ט *ובחטאתיו **וּבְחַטָּאת֔וֹ אֲשֶׁ֥ר הֶחֱטִ֖יא אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל לְהַכְעִ֗יס אֶת־יְהוָ֛ה אֱלֹהֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל בְּהַבְלֵיהֶֽם׃
  
  27 וְיֶ֨תֶר דִּבְרֵ֤י עָמְרִי֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשָׂ֔ה וּגְבוּרָת֖וֹ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשָׂ֑ה הֲלֹֽא־הֵ֣ם כְּתוּבִ֗ים עַל־סֵ֛פֶר דִּבְרֵ֥י הַיָּמִ֖ים לְמַלְכֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
  
  28 וַיִּשְׁכַּ֤ב עָמְרִי֙ עִם־אֲבֹתָ֔יו וַיִּקָּבֵ֖ר בְּשֹׁמְר֑וֹן וַיִּמְלֹ֛ךְ אַחְאָ֥ב בְּנ֖וֹ תַּחְתָּֽיו׃
  
  29 וְאַחְאָ֣ב בֶּן־עָמְרִ֗י מָלַךְ֙ עַל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל בִּשְׁנַ֨ת שְׁלֹשִׁ֤ים וּשְׁמֹנֶה֙ שָׁנָ֔ה לְאָסָ֖א מֶ֣לֶךְ יְהוּדָ֑ה וַ֠יִּמְלֹךְ אַחְאָ֨ב בֶּן־עָמְרִ֤י עַל־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ בְּשֹׁ֣מְר֔וֹן עֶשְׂרִ֥ים וּשְׁתַּ֖יִם שָׁנָֽה׃
  
  30 וַיַּ֨עַשׂ אַחְאָ֧ב בֶּן־עָמְרִ֛י הָרַ֖ע בְּעֵינֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה מִכֹּ֖ל אֲשֶׁ֥ר לְפָנָֽיו׃
  
  31 וַיְהִי֙ הֲנָקֵ֣ל לֶכְתּ֔וֹ בְּחַטֹּ֖אות יָרָבְעָ֣ם בֶּן־נְבָ֑ט וַיִּקַּ֨ח אִשָּׁ֜ה אֶת־אִיזֶ֗בֶל בַּת־אֶתְבַּ֙עַל֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ צִידֹנִ֔ים וַיֵּ֙לֶךְ֙ וַֽיַּעֲבֹ֣ד אֶת־הַבַּ֔עַל וַיִּשְׁתַּ֖חוּ לֽוֹ׃
  
  32 וַיָּ֥קֶם מִזְבֵּ֖חַ לַבָּ֑עַל בֵּ֣ית הַבַּ֔עַל אֲשֶׁ֥ר בָּנָ֖ה בְּשֹׁמְרֽוֹן׃
  
  33 וַיַּ֥עַשׂ אַחְאָ֖ב אֶת־הָאֲשֵׁרָ֑ה וַיּ֨וֹסֶף אַחְאָ֜ב לַעֲשׂ֗וֹת לְהַכְעִיס֙ אֶת־יְהֹוָה֙ אֱלֹהֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל מִכֹּ֨ל מַלְכֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל אֲשֶׁ֥ר הָי֖וּ לְפָנָֽיו׃
  
  34 בְּיָמָ֞יו בָּנָ֥ה חִיאֵ֛ל בֵּ֥ית הָאֱלִ֖י אֶת־יְרִיחֹ֑ה בַּאֲבִירָ֨ם בְּכֹר֜וֹ יִסְּדָ֗הּ *ובשגיב **וּבִשְׂג֤וּב צְעִירוֹ֙ הִצִּ֣יב דְּלָתֶ֔יהָ כִּדְבַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֣ר דִּבֶּ֔ר בְּיַ֖ד יְהוֹשֻׁ֥עַ בִּן־נֽוּן׃

  1 כֹּֽה־אָמַר֮ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִה֒ שַׁ֜עַר הֶחָצֵ֤ר הַפְּנִימִית֙ הַפֹּנֶ֣ה קָדִ֔ים יִהְיֶ֣ה סָג֔וּר שֵׁ֖שֶׁת יְמֵ֣י הַֽמַּעֲשֶׂ֑ה וּבְי֤וֹם הַשַּׁבָּת֙ יִפָּתֵ֔חַ וּבְי֥וֹם הַחֹ֖דֶשׁ יִפָּתֵֽחַ׃
  
  2 וּבָ֣א הַנָּשִׂ֡יא דֶּרֶךְ֩ אוּלָ֨ם הַשַּׁ֜עַר מִח֗וּץ וְעָמַד֙ עַל־מְזוּזַ֣ת הַשַּׁ֔עַר וְעָשׂ֣וּ הַכֹּהֲנִ֗ים אֶת־עֽוֹלָתוֹ֙ וְאֶת־שְׁלָמָ֔יו וְהִֽשְׁתַּחֲוָ֛ה עַל־מִפְתַּ֥ן הַשַּׁ֖עַר וְיָצָ֑א וְהַשַּׁ֥עַר לֹֽא־יִסָּגֵ֖ר עַד־הָעָֽרֶב׃
  
  3 וְהִשְׁתַּחֲו֣וּ עַם־הָאָ֗רֶץ פֶּ֚תַח הַשַּׁ֣עַר הַה֔וּא בַּשַּׁבָּת֖וֹת וּבֶחֳדָשִׁ֑ים לִפְנֵ֖י יְהוָֽה׃
  
  4 וְהָ֣עֹלָ֔ה אֲשֶׁר־יַקְרִ֥ב הַנָּשִׂ֖יא לַֽיהוָ֑ה בְּי֣וֹם הַשַּׁבָּ֗ת שִׁשָּׁ֧ה כְבָשִׂ֛ים תְּמִימִ֖ם וְאַ֥יִל תָּמִֽים׃
  
  5 וּמִנְחָה֙ אֵיפָ֣ה לָאַ֔יִל וְלַכְּבָשִׂ֥ים מִנְחָ֖ה מַתַּ֣ת יָד֑וֹ וְשֶׁ֖מֶן הִ֥ין לָאֵיפָֽה׃
  
  6 וּבְי֣וֹם הַחֹ֔דֶשׁ פַּ֥ר בֶּן־בָּקָ֖ר תְּמִימִ֑ם וְשֵׁ֧שֶׁת כְּבָשִׂ֛ם וָאַ֖יִל תְּמִימִ֥ם יִהְיֽוּ׃
  
  7 וְאֵיפָ֨ה לַפָּ֜ר וְאֵיפָ֤ה לָאַ֙יִל֙ יַעֲשֶׂ֣ה מִנְחָ֔ה וְלַ֨כְּבָשִׂ֔ים כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר תַּשִּׂ֖יג יָד֑וֹ וְשֶׁ֖מֶן הִ֥ין לָאֵיפָֽה׃
  
  8 וּבְב֖וֹא הַנָּשִׂ֑יא דֶּ֣רֶךְ אוּלָ֤ם הַשַּׁ֙עַר֙ יָב֔וֹא וּבְדַרְכּ֖וֹ יֵצֵֽא׃
  
  9 וּבְב֨וֹא עַם־הָאָ֜רֶץ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָה֮ בַּמּֽוֹעֲדִים֒ הַבָּ֡א דֶּרֶךְ־שַׁ֨עַר צָפ֜וֹן לְהִֽשְׁתַּחֲוֺ֗ת יֵצֵא֙ דֶּרֶךְ־שַׁ֣עַר נֶ֔גֶב וְהַבָּא֙ דֶּרֶךְ־שַׁ֣עַר נֶ֔גֶב יֵצֵ֖א דֶּרֶךְ־שַׁ֣עַר צָפ֑וֹנָה לֹ֣א יָשׁ֗וּב דֶּ֤רֶךְ הַשַּׁ֙עַר֙ אֲשֶׁר־בָּ֣א ב֔וֹ כִּ֥י נִכְח֖וֹ *יצאו **יֵצֵֽא׃
  
  10 וְֽהַנָּשִׂ֑יא בְּתוֹכָ֤ם בְּבוֹאָם֙ יָב֔וֹא וּבְצֵאתָ֖ם יֵצֵֽאוּ׃
  
  11 וּבַחַגִּ֣ים וּבַמּוֹעֲדִ֗ים תִּהְיֶ֤ה הַמִּנְחָה֙ אֵיפָ֤ה לַפָּר֙ וְאֵיפָ֣ה לָאַ֔יִל וְלַכְּבָשִׂ֖ים מַתַּ֣ת יָד֑וֹ וְשֶׁ֖מֶן הִ֥ין לָאֵיפָֽה׃
  
  12 וְכִֽי־יַעֲשֶׂה֩ הַנָּשִׂ֨יא נְדָבָ֜ה עוֹלָ֣ה אֽוֹ־שְׁלָמִים֮ נְדָבָ֣ה לַֽיהוָה֒ וּפָ֣תַֽח ל֗וֹ אֶת הַשַּׁ֙עַר֙ הַפֹּנֶ֣ה קָדִ֔ים וְעָשָׂ֤ה אֶת־עֹֽלָתוֹ֙ וְאֶת־שְׁלָמָ֔יו כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר יַעֲשֶׂ֖ה בְּי֣וֹם הַשַּׁבָּ֑ת וְיָצָ֛א וְסָגַ֥ר אֶת־הַשַּׁ֖עַר אַחֲרֵ֥י צֵאתֽוֹ׃
  
  13 וְכֶ֨בֶשׂ בֶּן־שְׁנָת֜וֹ תָּמִ֗ים תַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה עוֹלָ֛ה לַיּ֖וֹם לַֽיהֹוָ֑ה בַּבֹּ֥קֶר בַּבֹּ֖קֶר תַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה אֹתֽוֹ׃
  
  14 וּמִנְחָה֩ תַעֲשֶׂ֨ה עָלָ֜יו בַּבֹּ֤קֶר בַּבֹּ֙קֶר֙ שִׁשִּׁ֣ית הָֽאֵיפָ֔ה וְשֶׁ֛מֶן שְׁלִישִׁ֥ית הַהִ֖ין לָרֹ֣ס אֶת־הַסֹּ֑לֶת מִנְחָה֙ לַֽיהוָ֔ה חֻקּ֥וֹת עוֹלָ֖ם תָּמִֽיד׃
  
  15 *ועשו **יַעֲשׂ֨וּ אֶת־הַכֶּ֧בֶשׂ וְאֶת־הַמִּנְחָ֛ה וְאֶת־הַשֶּׁ֖מֶן בַּבֹּ֣קֶר בַּבֹּ֑קֶר עוֹלַ֖ת תָּמִֽיד׃
  
  16 כֹּה־אָמַ֞ר אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהֹוִ֗ה כִּֽי־יִתֵּ֨ן הַנָּשִׂ֤יא מַתָּנָה֙ לְאִ֣ישׁ מִבָּנָ֔יו נַחֲלָת֥וֹ הִ֖יא לְבָנָ֣יו תִּֽהְיֶ֑ה אֲחֻזָּתָ֥ם הִ֖יא בְּנַחֲלָֽה׃
  
  17 וְכִֽי־יִתֵּ֨ן מַתָּנָ֜ה מִנַּחֲלָת֗וֹ לְאַחַד֙ מֵֽעֲבָדָ֔יו וְהָ֤יְתָה לּוֹ֙ עַד־שְׁנַ֣ת הַדְּר֔וֹר וְשָׁבַ֖ת לַנָּשִׂ֑יא אַ֚ךְ נַחֲלָת֔וֹ בָּנָ֖יו לָהֶ֥ם תִּהְיֶֽה׃
  
  18 וְלֹא־יִקַּ֨ח הַנָּשִׂ֜יא מִנַּחֲלַ֣ת הָעָ֗ם לְהֽוֹנֹתָם֙ מֵאֲחֻזָּתָ֔ם מֵאֲחֻזָּת֖וֹ יַנְחִ֣ל אֶת־בָּנָ֑יו לְמַ֙עַן֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר לֹֽא־יָפֻ֣צוּ עַמִּ֔י אִ֖ישׁ מֵאֲחֻזָּתֽוֹ׃
  
  19 וַיְבִיאֵ֣נִי בַמָּבוֹא֮ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עַל־כֶּ֣תֶף הַשַּׁעַר֒ אֶל־הַלִּשְׁכ֤וֹת הַקֹּ֙דֶשׁ֙ אֶל־הַכֹּ֣הֲנִ֔ים הַפֹּנ֖וֹת צָפ֑וֹנָה וְהִנֵּה־שָׁ֣ם מָק֔וֹם *בירכתם **בַּיַּרְכָתַ֖יִם יָֽמָּה׃
  
  20 וַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלַ֔י זֶ֣ה הַמָּק֗וֹם אֲשֶׁ֤ר יְבַשְּׁלוּ־שָׁם֙ הַכֹּ֣הֲנִ֔ים אֶת־הָאָשָׁ֖ם וְאֶת־הַחַטָּ֑את אֲשֶׁ֤ר יֹאפוּ֙ אֶת־הַמִּנְחָ֔ה לְבִלְתִּ֥י הוֹצִ֛יא אֶל־הֶחָצֵ֥ר הַחִֽיצוֹנָ֖ה לְקַדֵּ֥שׁ אֶת־הָעָֽם׃
  
  21 וַיּוֹצִיאֵ֗נִי אֶל־הֶֽחָצֵר֙ הַחִ֣יצֹנָ֔ה וַיַּ֣עֲבִירֵ֔נִי אֶל־אַרְבַּ֖עַת מִקְצוֹעֵ֣י הֶחָצֵ֑ר וְהִנֵּ֤ה חָצֵר֙ בְּמִקְצֹ֣עַ הֶחָצֵ֔ר חָצֵ֖ר בְּמִקְצֹ֥עַ הֶחָצֵֽר׃
  
  22 בְּאַרְבַּ֜עַת מִקְצֹע֤וֹת הֶֽחָצֵר֙ חֲצֵר֣וֹת קְטֻר֔וֹת אַרְבָּעִ֣ים אֹ֔רֶךְ וּשְׁלֹשִׁ֖ים רֹ֑חַב מִדָּ֣ה אַחַ֔ת לְאַרְבַּעְתָּ֖ם מְׄהֻׄקְׄצָׄעֽׄוֹׄתׄ׃
  
  23 וְט֨וּר סָבִ֥יב בָּהֶ֛ם סָבִ֖יב לְאַרְבַּעְתָּ֑ם וּמְבַשְּׁל֣וֹת עָשׂ֔וּי מִתַּ֥חַת הַטִּיר֖וֹת סָבִֽיב׃
  
  24 וַיֹּ֖אמֶר אֵלָ֑י אֵ֚לֶּה בֵּ֣ית הַֽמְבַשְּׁלִ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֧ר יְבַשְּׁלוּ־שָׁ֛ם מְשָׁרְתֵ֥י הַבַּ֖יִת אֶת־זֶ֥בַח הָעָֽם׃

  1 Εἰ οὖν συνηγέρθητε τῷ Χριστῷ, τὰ ἄνω ζητεῖτε, οὗ ὁ Χριστός ἐστιν ἐν δεξιᾷ τοῦ θεοῦ καθήμενος·
  
  2 τὰ ἄνω φρονεῖτε, μὴ τὰ ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς,
  
  3 ἀπεθάνετε γάρ, καὶ ἡ ζωὴ ὑμῶν κέκρυπται σὺν τῷ Χριστῷ ἐν τῷ θεῷ·
  
  4 ὅταν ὁ Χριστὸς φανερωθῇ, ἡ ζωὴ ὑμῶν, τότε καὶ ὑμεῖς σὺν αὐτῷ φανερωθήσεσθε ἐν δόξῃ.
  
  5 Νεκρώσατε οὖν τὰ μέλη τὰ ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς, πορνείαν, ἀκαθαρσίαν, πάθος, ἐπιθυμίαν κακήν, καὶ τὴν πλεονεξίαν ἥτις ἐστὶν εἰδωλολατρία,
  
  6 δι’ ἃ ἔρχεται ἡ ὀργὴ τοῦ θεοῦ ἐπὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς τῆς ἀπειθείας·
  
  7 ἐν οἷς καὶ ὑμεῖς περιεπατήσατέ ποτε ὅτε ἐζῆτε ἐν τούτοις·
  
  8 νυνὶ δὲ ἀπόθεσθε καὶ ὑμεῖς τὰ πάντα, ὀργήν, θυμόν, κακίαν, βλασφημίαν, αἰσχρολογίαν ἐκ τοῦ στόματος ὑμῶν·
  
  9 μὴ ψεύδεσθε εἰς ἀλλήλους· ἀπεκδυσάμενοι τὸν παλαιὸν ἄνθρωπον σὺν ταῖς πράξεσιν αὐτοῦ,
  
  10 καὶ ἐνδυσάμενοι τὸν νέον τὸν ἀνακαινούμενον εἰς ἐπίγνωσιν κατ’ εἰκόνα τοῦ κτίσαντος αὐτόν,
  
  11 ὅπου οὐκ ἔνι Ἕλλην καὶ Ἰουδαῖος, περιτομὴ καὶ ἀκροβυστία, βάρβαρος, Σκύθης, δοῦλος, ἐλεύθερος, ἀλλὰ τὰ πάντα καὶ ἐν πᾶσιν Χριστός.
  
  12 Ἐνδύσασθε οὖν ὡς ἐκλεκτοὶ τοῦ θεοῦ, ἅγιοι καὶ ἠγαπημένοι, σπλάγχνα οἰκτιρμοῦ, χρηστότητα, ταπεινοφροσύνην, πραΰτητα, μακροθυμίαν,
  
  13 ἀνεχόμενοι ἀλλήλων καὶ χαριζόμενοι ἑαυτοῖς ἐάν τις πρός τινα ἔχῃ μομφήν· καθὼς καὶ ὁ κύριος ἐχαρίσατο ὑμῖν οὕτως καὶ ὑμεῖς·
  
  14 ἐπὶ πᾶσιν δὲ τούτοις τὴν ἀγάπην, ὅ ἐστιν σύνδεσμος τῆς τελειότητος.
  
  15 καὶ ἡ εἰρήνη τοῦ Χριστοῦ βραβευέτω ἐν ταῖς καρδίαις ὑμῶν, εἰς ἣν καὶ ἐκλήθητε ἐν ἑνὶ σώματι· καὶ εὐχάριστοι γίνεσθε.
  
  16 ὁ λόγος τοῦ Χριστοῦ ἐνοικείτω ἐν ὑμῖν πλουσίως ἐν πάσῃ σοφίᾳ· διδάσκοντες καὶ νουθετοῦντες ἑαυτοὺς ψαλμοῖς, ὕμνοις, ᾠδαῖς πνευματικαῖς ἐν χάριτι, ᾄδοντες ἐν ταῖς καρδίαις ὑμῶν τῷ θεῷ·
  
  17 καὶ πᾶν ὅ τι ἐὰν ποιῆτε ἐν λόγῳ ἢ ἐν ἔργῳ, πάντα ἐν ὀνόματι κυρίου Ἰησοῦ, εὐχαριστοῦντες τῷ θεῷ πατρὶ δι’ αὐτοῦ.
  
  18 Αἱ γυναῖκες, ὑποτάσσεσθε τοῖς ἀνδράσιν, ὡς ἀνῆκεν ἐν κυρίῳ.
  
  19 οἱ ἄνδρες, ἀγαπᾶτε τὰς γυναῖκας καὶ μὴ πικραίνεσθε πρὸς αὐτάς.
  
  20 Τὰ τέκνα, ὑπακούετε τοῖς γονεῦσιν κατὰ πάντα, τοῦτο γὰρ εὐάρεστόν ἐστιν ἐν κυρίῳ.
  
  21 οἱ πατέρες, μὴ ἐρεθίζετε τὰ τέκνα ὑμῶν, ἵνα μὴ ἀθυμῶσιν.
  
  22 οἱ δοῦλοι, ὑπακούετε κατὰ πάντα τοῖς κατὰ σάρκα κυρίοις, μὴ ἐν ὀφθαλμοδουλίαις, ὡς ἀνθρωπάρεσκοι, ἀλλ’ ἐν ἁπλότητι καρδίας, φοβούμενοι τὸν κύριον.
  
  23 ὃ ἐὰν ποιῆτε, ἐκ ψυχῆς ἐργάζεσθε, ὡς τῷ κυρίῳ καὶ οὐκ ἀνθρώποις,
  
  24 εἰδότες ὅτι ἀπὸ κυρίου ἀπολήμψεσθε τὴν ἀνταπόδοσιν τῆς κληρονομίας· τῷ κυρίῳ Χριστῷ δουλεύετε·
  
  25 ὁ γὰρ ἀδικῶν κομίσεται ὃ ἠδίκησεν, καὶ οὐκ ἔστιν προσωπολημψία.
