  18 Arpacschad engendra Schélach ; et Schélach engendra Héber.
  
  19 Il naquit à Héber deux fils : le nom de l'un était Péleg, parce que de son temps la terre fut partagée, et le nom de son frère était Jokthan.
  
  20 Jokthan engendra Almodad, Schéleph, Hatsarmaveth, Jérach,
  
  21 Hadoram, Uzal, Dikla,
  
  22 Ébal, Abimaël, Séba, Ophir, Havila et Jobab.
  
  23 Tous ceux-là furent fils de Jokthan.

  26 Serug, Nachor, Térach,
  
  27 Abram, qui est Abraham.

  46 Huscham mourut ; et Hadad, fils de Bedad, régna à sa place. C'est lui qui frappa Madian dans les champs de Moab. Le nom de sa ville était Avith. -
  
  47 Hadad mourut ; et Samla, de Masréka, régna à sa place. -
  
  48 Samla mourut ; et Saül, de Rehoboth sur le fleuve, régna à sa place. -
  
  49 Saül mourut ; et Baal Hanan, fils d'Acbor, régna à sa place. -
  
  50 Baal Hanan mourut ; et Hadad régna à sa place. Le nom de sa ville était Pahi ; et le nom de sa femme Mehéthabeel, fille de Mathred, fille de Mézahab. -
  
  51 Hadad mourut. Les chefs d'Édom furent : le chef Thimna, le chef Alja, le chef Jetheth,
  
  52 le chef Oholibama, le chef Éla, le chef Pinon,
  
  53 le chef Kenaz, le chef Théman, le chef Mibtsar,
  
  54 le chef Magdiel, le chef Iram. Ce sont là des chefs d'Édom.

  1 Voici les fils d'Israël. Ruben, Siméon, Lévi, Juda, Issacar, Zabulon,
  
  2 Dan, Joseph, Benjamin, Nephthali, Gad et Aser.
  
  3 Fils de Juda : Er, Onan, Schéla ; ces trois lui naquirent de la fille de Schua, la Cananéenne. Er, premier-né de Juda, était méchant aux yeux de l'Éternel, qui le fit mourir.
  
  4 Tamar, belle-fille de Juda, lui enfanta Pérets et Zérach. Total des fils de Juda : cinq.
  
  5 Fils de Pérets : Hetsron et Hamul.
  
  6 Fils de Zérach : Zimri, Éthan, Héman, Calcol et Dara. En tout : cinq. -
  
  7 Fils de Carmi : Acar, qui troubla Israël lorsqu'il commit une infidélité au sujet des choses dévouées par interdit. -
  
  8 Fils d'Éthan : Azaria.
  
  9 Fils qui naquirent à Hetsron : Jerachmeel, Ram et Kelubaï.
  
  10 Ram engendra Amminadab. Amminadab engendra Nachschon, prince des fils de Juda.
  
  11 Nachschon engendra Salma. Salma engendra Boaz.
  
  12 Boaz engendra Obed. Obed engendra Isaï.
  
  13 Isaï engendra Éliab, son premier-né, Abinadab le second, Schimea le troisième,
  
  14 Nethaneel le quatrième, Raddaï le cinquième,
  
  15 Otsem le sixième, David le septième.
  
  16 Leurs soeurs étaient : Tseruja et Abigaïl. Fils de Tseruja : Abischaï, Joab et Asaël, trois.
  
  17 Abigaïl enfanta Amasa ; le père d'Amasa fut Jéther, l'Ismaélite.
  
  18 Caleb, fils de Hetsron, eut des enfants d'Azuba, sa femme, et de Jerioth. Voici les fils qu'il eut d'Azuba : Jéscher, Schobab et Ardon.
  
  19 Azuba mourut ; et Caleb prit Éphrath, qui lui enfanta Hur.
  
  20 Hur engendra Uri, et Uri engendra Betsaleel. -
  
  21 Ensuite, Hetsron alla vers la fille de Makir, père de Galaad, et il avait soixante ans lorsqu'il la prit ; elle lui enfanta Segub.
  
  22 Segub engendra Jaïr, qui eut vingt-trois villes dans le pays de Galaad.
  
  23 Les Gueschuriens et les Syriens leur prirent les bourgs de Jaïr avec Kenath et les villes de son ressort, soixante villes. Tous ceux-là étaient fils de Makir, père de Galaad.
  
  24 Après la mort de Hetsron à Caleb Éphratha, Abija, femme de Hetsron, lui enfanta Aschchur, père de Tekoa.
  
  25 Les fils de Jerachmeel, premier-né de Hetsron, furent : Ram, le premier-né, Buna, Oren et Otsem, nés d'Achija.
  
  26 Jerachmeel eut une autre femme, nommée Athara, qui fut mère d'Onam. -
  
  27 Les fils de Ram, premier-né de Jerachmeel, furent : Maats, Jamin et Éker. -
  
  28 Les fils d'Onam furent : Schammaï et Jada. Fils de Schammaï : Nadab et Abischur.
  
  29 Le nom de la femme d'Abischur était Abichaïl, et elle lui enfanta Achban et Molid.
  
  30 Fils de Nadab : Séled et Appaïm. Séled mourut sans fils.
  
  31 Fils d'Appaïm : Jischeï. Fils de Jischeï : Schéschan. Fils de Schéschan : Achlaï. -
  
  32 Fils de Jada, frère de Schammaï : Jéther et Jonathan. Jéther mourut sans fils.
  
  33 Fils de Jonathan : Péleth et Zara. -Ce sont là les fils de Jerachmeel. -
  
  34 Schéschan n'eut point de fils, mais il eut des filles. Schéschan avait un esclave égyptien nommé Jarcha.
  
  35 Et Schéschan donna sa fille pour femme à Jarcha, son esclave, à qui elle enfanta Attaï.
  
  36 Attaï engendra Nathan ; Nathan engendra Zabad ;
  
  37 Zabad engendra Ephlal ; Ephlal engendra Obed ;
  
  38 Obed engendra Jéhu ; Jéhu engendra Azaria ;
  
  39 Azaria engendra Halets ; Halets engendra Élasa ;
  
  40 Élasa engendra Sismaï ; Sismaï engendra Schallum ;
  
  41 Schallum engendra Jekamja ; Jekamja engendra Élischama.
  
  42 Fils de Caleb, frère de Jerachmeel : Méscha, son premier-né, qui fut père de Ziph, et les fils de Maréscha, père d'Hébron.
  
  43 Fils d'Hébron : Koré, Thappuach, Rékem et Schéma.
  
  44 Schéma engendra Racham, père de Jorkeam. Rékem engendra Schammaï.
  
  45 Fils de Schammaï : Maon ; et Maon, père de Beth Tsur.
  
  46 Épha, concubine de Caleb, enfanta Haran, Motsa et Gazez. Haran engendra Gazez.
  
  47 Fils de Jahdaï : Réguem, Jotham, Guéschan, Péleth, Épha et Schaaph.
  
  48 Maaca, concubine de Caleb, enfanta Schéber et Tirchana.
  
  49 Elle enfanta encore Schaaph, père de Madmanna, et Scheva, père de Macbéna et père de Guibea. La fille de Caleb était Acsa.
  
  50 Ceux-ci furent fils de Caleb : Schobal, fils de Hur, premier-né d'Éphrata, et père de Kirjath Jearim ;
  
  51 Salma, père de Bethléhem ; Hareph, père de Beth Gader.
  
  52 Les fils de Schobal, père de Kirjath Jearim, furent : Haroé, Hatsi Hammenuhoth.
  
  53 Les familles de Kirjath Jearim furent : les Jéthriens, les Puthiens, les Schumathiens et les Mischraïens ; de ces familles sont sortis les Tsoreathiens et les Eschthaoliens.
  
  54 Fils de Salma : Bethléhem et les Nethophatiens, Athroth Beth Joab, Hatsi Hammanachthi, les Tsoreïns ;
  
  55 et les familles des scribes demeurant à Jaebets, les Thireathiens, les Schimeathiens et les Sucathiens. Ce sont les Kéniens, issus de Hamath, père de la maison de Récab.
  
  Amos 2
  
  1 Ainsi parle l'Éternel : A cause de trois crimes de Moab, Même de quatre, je ne révoque pas mon arrêt, Parce qu'il a brûlé, calciné les os du roi d'Édom.
  
  2 J'enverrai le feu dans Moab, Et il dévorera les palais de Kerijoth ; Et Moab périra au milieu du tumulte, Au milieu des cris de guerre et du bruit de la trompette.
  
  3 J'exterminerai de son sein le juge, Et je tuerai tous ses chefs avec lui, dit l'Éternel.
  
  4 Ainsi parle l'Éternel : A cause de trois crimes de Juda, Même de quatre, je ne révoque pas mon arrêt, Parce qu'ils ont méprisé la loi de l'Éternel Et qu'ils n'ont pas gardé ses ordonnances, Parce qu'ils ont été égarés par les idoles mensongères Après lesquelles leurs pères ont marché.
  
  5 J'enverrai le feu dans Juda, Et il dévorera les palais de Jérusalem.
  
  6 Ainsi parle l'Éternel : A cause des trois crimes d'Israël, Même de quatre, je ne révoque pas mon arrêt, Parce qu'ils ont vendu le juste pour de l'argent, Et le pauvre pour une paire de souliers.
  
  7 Ils aspirent à voir la poussière de la terre sur la tête des misérables, Et ils violent le droit des malheureux. Le fils et le père vont vers la même fille, Afin de profaner mon saint nom.
  
  8 Ils s'étendent près de chaque autel sur des vêtements pris en gage, Et ils boivent dans la maison de leurs dieux le vin de ceux qu'ils condamnent.
  
  9 Et pourtant j'ai détruit devant eux les Amoréens, Dont la hauteur égalait celle des cèdres, Et la force celle des chênes ; J'ai détruit leurs fruits en haut, Et leurs racines en bas.
  
  10 Et pourtant je vous ai fait monter du pays d'Égypte, Et je vous ai conduits quarante ans dans le désert, Pour vous mettre en possession du pays des Amoréens.
  
  11 J'ai suscité parmi vos fils des prophètes, Et parmi vos jeunes hommes des nazaréens. N'en est-il pas ainsi, enfants d'Israël ? dit l'Éternel...
  
  12 Et vous avez fait boire du vin aux nazaréens ! Et aux prophètes vous avez donné cet ordre : Ne prophétisez pas !
  
  13 Voici, je vous écraserai, Comme foule la terre un chariot chargé de gerbes.
  
  14 Celui qui est agile ne pourra fuir, Celui qui a de la force ne pourra s'en servir, Et l'homme vaillant ne sauvera pas sa vie ;
  
  15 Celui qui manie l'arc ne résistera pas, Celui qui a les pieds légers n'échappera pas, Et le cavalier ne sauvera pas sa vie ;
  
  16 Le plus courageux des guerriers S'enfuira nu dans ce jour-là, dit l'Éternel.
  
  Hébreux 8
  
  1 Le point capital de ce qui vient d'être dit, c'est que nous avons un tel souverain sacrificateur, qui s'est assis à la droite du trône de la majesté divine dans les cieux,
  
  2 comme ministre du sanctuaire et du véritable tabernacle, qui a été dressé par le Seigneur et non par un homme.
  
  3 Tout souverain sacrificateur est établi pour présenter des offrandes et des sacrifices ; d'où il est nécessaire que celui-ci ait aussi quelque chose a présenter.
  
  4 S'il était sur la terre, il ne serait pas même sacrificateur, puisque là sont ceux qui présentent des offrandes selon la loi
  
  5 (lesquels célèbrent un culte, image et ombre des choses célestes, selon que Moïse en fut divinement averti lorsqu'il allait construire le tabernacle : Aie soin, lui fut-il dit, de faire tout d'après le modèle qui t'a été montré sur la montagne).
  
  6 Mais maintenant il a obtenu un ministère d'autant supérieur qu'il est le médiateur d'une alliance plus excellente, qui a été établie sur de meilleures promesses.
  
  7 En effet, si la première alliance avait été sans défaut, il n'aurait pas été question de la remplacer par une seconde.
  
  8 Car c'est avec l'expression d'un blâme que le Seigneur dit à Israël : Voici, les jours viennent, dit le Seigneur, Où je ferai avec la maison d'Israël et la maison de Juda Une alliance nouvelle,
  
  9 Non comme l'alliance que je traitai avec leurs pères, Le jour où je les saisis par la main Pour les faire sortir du pays d'Égypte ; Car ils n'ont pas persévéré dans mon alliance, Et moi aussi je ne me suis pas soucié d'eux, dit le Seigneur.
  
  10 Mais voici l'alliance que je ferai avec la maison d'Israël, Après ces jours-là, dit le Seigneur : Je mettrai mes lois dans leur esprit, Je les écrirai dans leur coeur ; Et je serai leur Dieu, Et ils seront mon peuple.
  
  11 Aucun n'enseignera plus son concitoyen, Ni aucun son frère, en disant : Connais le Seigneur ! Car tous me connaîtront, Depuis le plus petit jusqu'au plus grand d'entre eux ;
  
  12 Parce que je pardonnerai leurs iniquités, Et que je ne me souviendrai plus de leurs péchés.
  
  13 En disant : une alliance nouvelle, il a déclaré la première ancienne ; or, ce qui est ancien, ce qui a vieilli, est près de disparaître.

  44 Béla mourut et Jobab, fils de Zérach, de Botsra, devint roi à sa place.
  
  45 Jobab mourut et Husham, du pays des Thémanites, devint roi à sa place.
  
  46 Husham mourut et Hadad, fils de Bedad, devint roi à sa place. C'est lui qui battit les Madianites dans la campagne de Moab. Le nom de sa ville était Avith.
  
  47 Hadad mourut et Samla, de Masréka, devint roi à sa place.
  
  48 Samla mourut et Saül, de Rehoboth-Nahar, devint roi à sa place.
  
  49 Saül mourut et Baal-Hanan, fils d'Acbor, devint roi à sa place.
  
  50 Baal-Hanan mourut et Hadad devint roi à sa place. Le nom de sa ville était Pahi et sa femme s’appelait Mehéthabeel ; elle était la fille de Mathred et la petite-fille de Mézahab.
  
  51 Hadad mourut. Les chefs d'Edom furent alors Thimna, Alva, Jetheth,
  
  52 Oholibama, Ela, Pinon,
  
  53 Kenaz, Théman, Mibtsar,
  
  54 Magdiel et Iram. Voilà quels sont les chefs d'Edom.

  18 Caleb, fils de Hetsron, eut des enfants de sa femme Azuba et de Jerioth. Voici les fils qu'il eut d'Azuba : Jésher, Shobab et Ardon.
  
  19 Lorsque Azuba mourut, Caleb épousa Ephrath, qui lui donna Hur.
  
  20 Hur eut pour fils Uri, et Uri eut Betsaleel.
  
  21 Ensuite, Hetsron s’unit à la fille de Makir, le père de Galaad. Il avait 60 ans lorsqu'il l’épousa. Elle lui donna Segub.
  
  22 Segub eut pour descendant Jaïr, qui posséda 23 villes dans le pays de Galaad.
  
  23 Les Gueshuriens et les Syriens leur prirent les bourgs de Jaïr avec Kenath et les villes qui en dépendaient, ce qui faisait 60 villes. Tous ceux-là étaient les fils de Makir, père de Galaad.
  
  24 Après la mort de Hetsron à Caleb-Ephrata, sa femme Abija lui donna Ashchur, qui fut le père de Tekoa.
  
  25 Les fils de Jerachmeel, le fils aîné de Hetsron, furent Ram, l’aîné, Buna, Oren, Otsem et Achija.

  30 Fils de Nadab : Séled et Appaïm. Séled mourut sans fils.
  
  31 Fils d'Appaïm : Jisheï. Fils de Jisheï : Shéshan. Fils de Shéshan : Achlaï.
  
  32 Fils de Jada, le frère de Shammaï : Jéther et Jonathan. Jéther mourut sans fils.

  7 Ils aspirent à voir la poussière de la terre sur la tête des faibles, et ils violent le droit des malheureux. Le fils et le père s’unissent à la même fille afin de déshonorer mon saint nom.
  
  8 Ils s'étendent près de chaque autel sur des habits pris en gage, et ils boivent dans le temple de leurs dieux le vin de ceux qu'ils condamnent.
  
  9 Et pourtant j'ai détruit devant eux les Amoréens, dont la hauteur égalait celle des cèdres et la force celle des chênes, j'ai détruit leurs fruits au-dessus et leurs racines en dessous.
  
  10 Pourtant, je vous ai fait sortir d'Egypte et je vous ai conduits 40 ans dans le désert pour vous mettre en possession du pays des Amoréens,
  
  11 j'ai fait surgir parmi vos fils des prophètes, et parmi vos jeunes hommes des naziréens. N'est-ce pas le cas, Israélites ? déclare l'Eternel.
  
  12 Et vous avez fait boire du vin aux naziréens, et aux prophètes vous avez donné cet ordre : « Ne prophétisez pas ! »

  14 Celui qui est agile ne pourra pas fuir, celui qui a de la force ne pourra pas s'en servir, et l'homme vaillant ne sauvera pas sa vie.
  
  15 Celui qui manie l'arc ne résistera pas, celui qui a les pieds légers ne s'échappera pas et le cavalier ne sauvera pas sa vie.
  
  16 Le plus courageux des guerriers s'enfuira nu ce jour-là, déclare l'Eternel.

  1 Le point capital de ce qui vient d'être dit, c'est que nous avons bien un tel grand-prêtre, qui s'est assis à la droite du trône de la majesté divine dans le ciel
  
  2 et accomplit son service dans le sanctuaire, dans le véritable tabernacle, celui qui a été dressé par le Seigneur et non par un être humain.
  
  3 Tout grand-prêtre est établi pour présenter des offrandes et des sacrifices ; il est donc nécessaire que Jésus lui aussi ait quelque chose à présenter.
  
  4 Certes, s'il était sur la terre, il ne serait même pas prêtre, car là se trouvent les prêtres qui présentent les offrandes conformément à la loi.
  
  5 Or, ils célèbrent un culte qui n’est que la copie et l'ombre des réalités célestes. Moïse en avait été averti alors qu’il allait construire le tabernacle : Regarde, lui dit en effet le Seigneur, et fais tout d'après le modèle qui t'a été montré sur la montagne.
  
  6 Mais en réalité, Jésus possède un service bien supérieur, et ce d’autant plus qu'il est le médiateur d'une meilleure alliance, fondée sur de meilleures promesses.
  
  7 En effet, si la première alliance avait été irréprochable, il n'aurait pas été question de la remplacer par une seconde.
  
  8 De fait, c'est bien comme un reproche que le Seigneur dit à son peuple : Voici que les jours viennent, dit le Seigneur, où je conclurai avec la communauté d'Israël et la communauté de Juda une alliance nouvelle.
  
  9 Elle ne sera pas comme l'alliance que j'ai conclue avec leurs ancêtres le jour où je les ai pris par la main pour les faire sortir d'Egypte. Comme ils n'ont pas persévéré dans mon alliance, moi non plus je ne me suis pas soucié d'eux, dit le Seigneur.
  
  10 Mais voici l'alliance que je ferai avec la communauté d'Israël après ces jours-là, dit le Seigneur : je mettrai mes lois dans leur esprit, je les écrirai dans leur cœur, je serai leur Dieu et ils seront mon peuple.
  
  11 Personne n'enseignera plus son concitoyen ni son frère en disant : ‘Tu dois connaître le Seigneur !’car tous me connaîtront, depuis le plus petit jusqu'au plus grand d'entre eux.
  
  12 En effet, je pardonnerai leurs injustices et je ne me souviendrai plus de leurs péchés [ni de leurs fautes].
  
  13 En parlant d’une alliance nouvelle, le Seigneur a déclaré ancienne la première. Or ce qui est ancien, ce qui a vieilli, est près de disparaître.

  11 I raised up some of your sons for prophets, and some of your young men for Nazirites. Isn't this true, you children of Israel?" says Yahweh.
  
  12 "But you gave the Nazirites wine to drink, and commanded the prophets, saying, 'Don't prophesy!'
  
  13 Behold, I will crush you in your place, as a cart crushes that is full of grain.
  
  14 Flight will perish from the swift; and the strong won't strengthen his force; neither shall the mighty deliver himself;
  
  15 neither shall he stand who handles the bow; and he who is swift of foot won't escape; neither shall he who rides the horse deliver himself;
  
  16 and he who is courageous among the mighty will flee away naked on that day," says Yahweh.

  6 But now he has obtained a more excellent ministry, by so much as he is also the mediator of a better covenant, which on better promises has been given as law.
  
  7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then no place would have been sought for a second.
  
  8 For finding fault with them, he said, "Behold, the days come," says the Lord, "that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah;
  
  9 not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers, in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; for they didn't continue in my covenant, and I disregarded them," says the Lord.

  7 וּבְנֵ֥י יָוָ֖ן אֱלִישָׁ֣ה וְתַרְשִׁ֑ישָׁה כִּתִּ֖ים וְרוֹדָנִֽים׃
  
  8 בְּנֵ֖י חָ֑ם כּ֥וּשׁ וּמִצְרַ֖יִם פּ֥וּט וּכְנָֽעַן׃
  
  9 וּבְנֵ֣י כ֔וּשׁ סְבָא֙ וַחֲוִילָ֔ה וְסַבְתָּ֥א וְרַעְמָ֖א וְסַבְתְּכָ֑א וּבְנֵ֥י רַעְמָ֖א שְׁבָ֥א וּדְדָֽן׃
  
  10 וְכ֖וּשׁ יָלַ֣ד אֶת־נִמְר֑וֹד ה֣וּא הֵחֵ֔ל לִהְי֥וֹת גִּבּ֖וֹר בָּאָֽרֶץ׃
  
  11 וּמִצְרַ֡יִם יָלַ֞ד אֶת־*לודיים **לוּדִ֧ים וְאֶת־עֲנָמִ֛ים וְאֶת־לְהָבִ֖ים וְאֶת־נַפְתֻּחִֽים׃
  
  12 וְֽאֶת־פַּתְרֻסִ֞ים וְאֶת־כַּסְלֻחִ֗ים אֲשֶׁ֨ר יָצְא֥וּ מִשָּׁ֛ם פְּלִשְׁתִּ֖ים וְאֶת־כַּפְתֹּרִֽים׃
  
  13 וּכְנַ֗עַן יָלַ֛ד אֶת־צִיד֥וֹן בְּכֹר֖וֹ וְאֶת־חֵֽת׃
  
  14 וְאֶת־הַיְבוּסִי֙ וְאֶת־הָ֣אֱמֹרִ֔י וְאֵ֖ת הַגִּרְגָּשִֽׁי׃
  
  15 וְאֶת־הַחִוִּ֥י וְאֶת־הַֽעַרְקִ֖י וְאֶת־הַסִּינִֽי׃
  
  16 וְאֶת־הָאַרְוָדִ֥י וְאֶת־הַצְּמָרִ֖י וְאֶת־הַֽחֲמָתִֽי׃
  
  17 בְּנֵ֣י שֵׁ֔ם עֵילָ֣ם וְאַשּׁ֔וּר וְאַרְפַּכְשַׁ֖ד וְל֣וּד וַאֲרָ֑ם וְע֥וּץ וְח֖וּל וְגֶ֥תֶר וָמֶֽשֶׁךְ׃
  
  18 וְאַרְפַּכְשַׁ֖ד יָלַ֣ד אֶת־שָׁ֑לַח וְשֶׁ֖לַח יָלַ֥ד אֶת־עֵֽבֶר׃
  
  19 וּלְעֵ֥בֶר יֻלַּ֖ד שְׁנֵ֣י בָנִ֑ים שֵׁ֣ם הָאֶחָ֞ד פֶּ֗לֶג כִּ֤י בְיָמָיו֙ נִפְלְגָ֣ה הָאָ֔רֶץ וְשֵׁ֥ם אָחִ֖יו יָקְטָֽן׃
  
  20 וְיָקְטָ֣ן יָלַ֔ד אֶת־אַלְמוֹדָ֖ד וְאֶת־שָׁ֑לֶף וְאֶת־חֲצַרְמָ֖וֶת וְאֶת־יָֽרַח׃
  
  21 וְאֶת־הֲדוֹרָ֥ם וְאֶת־אוּזָ֖ל וְאֶת־דִּקְלָֽה׃
  
  22 וְאֶת־עֵיבָ֥ל וְאֶת־אֲבִימָאֵ֖ל וְאֶת־שְׁבָֽא׃
  
  23 וְאֶת־אוֹפִ֥יר וְאֶת־חֲוִילָ֖ה וְאֶת־יוֹבָ֑ב כָּל־אֵ֖לֶּה בְּנֵ֥י יָקְטָֽן׃
  
  24 שֵׁ֥ם ׀ אַרְפַּכְשַׁ֖ד שָֽׁלַח׃
  
  25 עֵ֥בֶר פֶּ֖לֶג רְעֽוּ׃
  
  26 שְׂר֥וּג נָח֖וֹר תָּֽרַח׃
  
  27 אַבְרָ֖ם ה֥וּא אַבְרָהָֽם׃
  
  28 בְּנֵי֙ אַבְרָהָ֔ם יִצְחָ֖ק וְיִשְׁמָעֵֽאל׃
  
  29 אֵ֖לֶּה תֹּלְדוֹתָ֑ם בְּכ֤וֹר יִשְׁמָעֵאל֙ נְבָי֔וֹת וְקֵדָ֥ר וְאַדְבְּאֵ֖ל וּמִבְשָֽׂם׃
  
  30 מִשְׁמָ֣ע וְדוּמָ֔ה מַשָּׂ֖א חֲדַ֥ד וְתֵימָֽא׃
  
  31 יְט֥וּר נָפִ֖ישׁ וָקֵ֑דְמָה אֵ֥לֶּה הֵ֖ם בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׁמָעֵֽאל׃
  
  32 וּבְנֵ֨י קְטוּרָ֜ה פִּילֶ֣גֶשׁ אַבְרָהָ֗ם יָלְדָ֞ה אֶת־זִמְרָ֧ן וְיָקְשָׁ֛ן וּמְדָ֥ן וּמִדְיָ֖ן וְיִשְׁבָּ֣ק וְשׁ֑וּחַ וּבְנֵ֥י יָקְשָׁ֖ן שְׁבָ֥א וּדְדָֽן׃
  
  33 וּבְנֵ֣י מִדְיָ֗ן עֵיפָ֤ה וָעֵ֙פֶר֙ וַחֲנ֔וֹךְ וַאֲבִידָ֖ע וְאֶלְדָּעָ֑ה כָּל־אֵ֖לֶּה בְּנֵ֥י קְטוּרָֽה׃
  
  34 וַיּ֥וֹלֶד אַבְרָהָ֖ם אֶת־יִצְחָ֑ק סבְּנֵ֣י יִצְחָ֔ק עֵשָׂ֖ו וְיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
  
  35 בְּנֵ֖י עֵשָׂ֑ו אֱלִיפַ֛ז רְעוּאֵ֥ל וִיע֖וּשׁ וְיַעְלָ֥ם וְקֹֽרַח׃
  
  36 בְּנֵ֖י אֱלִיפָ֑ז תֵּימָ֤ן וְאוֹמָר֙ צְפִ֣י וְגַעְתָּ֔ם קְנַ֖ז וְתִמְנָ֥ע וַעֲמָלֵֽק׃

  42 בְּֽנֵי־אֵ֔צֶר בִּלְהָ֥ן וְזַעֲוָ֖ן יַעֲקָ֑ן בְּנֵ֥י דִישׁ֖וֹן ע֥וּץ וַאֲרָֽן׃
  
  43 וְאֵ֣לֶּה הַמְּלָכִ֗ים אֲשֶׁ֤ר מָלְכוּ֙ בְּאֶ֣רֶץ אֱד֔וֹם לִפְנֵ֥י מְלָךְ־מֶ֖לֶךְ לִבְנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל בֶּ֚לַע בֶּן־בְּע֔וֹר וְשֵׁ֥ם עִיר֖וֹ דִּנְהָֽבָה׃

  45 וַיָּ֖מָת יוֹבָ֑ב וַיִּמְלֹ֣ךְ תַּחְתָּ֔יו חוּשָׁ֖ם מֵאֶ֥רֶץ הַתֵּימָנִֽי׃
  
  46 וַיָּ֖מָת חוּשָׁ֑ם וַיִּמְלֹ֨ךְ תַּחְתָּ֜יו הֲדַ֣ד בֶּן־בְּדַ֗ד הַמַּכֶּ֤ה אֶת־מִדְיָן֙ בִּשְׂדֵ֣ה מוֹאָ֔ב וְשֵׁ֥ם עִיר֖וֹ *עיות **עֲוִֽית׃

  6 וּבְנֵ֣י זֶ֗רַח זִ֠מְרִי וְאֵיתָ֧ן וְהֵימָ֛ן וְכַלְכֹּ֥ל וָדָ֖רַע כֻּלָּ֥ם חֲמִשָּֽׁה׃
  
  7 וּבְנֵ֖י כַּרְמִ֑י עָכָר֙ עוֹכֵ֣ר יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל אֲשֶׁ֥ר מָעַ֖ל בַּחֵֽרֶם׃
  
  8 וּבְנֵ֥י אֵיתָ֖ן עֲזַרְיָֽה׃
  
  9 וּבְנֵ֥י חֶצְר֖וֹן אֲשֶׁ֣ר נוֹלַד־ל֑וֹ אֶת־יְרַחְמְאֵ֥ל וְאֶת־רָ֖ם וְאֶת־כְּלוּבָֽי׃
  
  10 וְרָ֖ם הוֹלִ֣יד אֶת־עַמִּינָדָ֑ב וְעַמִּינָדָב֙ הוֹלִ֣יד אֶת־נַחְשׁ֔וֹן נְשִׂ֖יא בְּנֵ֥י יְהוּדָֽה׃

  12 וּבֹ֙עַז֙ הוֹלִ֣יד אֶת־עוֹבֵ֔ד וְעוֹבֵ֖ד הוֹלִ֥יד אֶת־יִשָֽׁי׃
  
  13 וְאִישַׁ֛י הוֹלִ֥יד אֶת־בְּכֹר֖וֹ אֶת־אֱלִיאָ֑ב וַאֲבִינָדָב֙ הַשֵּׁנִ֔י וְשִׁמְעָ֖א הַשְּׁלִישִֽׁי׃
  
  14 נְתַנְאֵל֙ הָֽרְבִיעִ֔י רַדַּ֖י הַחֲמִישִֽׁי׃
  
  15 אֹ֚צֶם הַשִּׁשִּׁ֔י דָּוִ֖יד הַשְּׁבִעִֽי׃
  
  16 *ואחיתיהם **וְאַחְיוֹתֵיהֶ֖ם צְרוּיָ֣ה וַאֲבִיגָ֑יִל וּבְנֵ֣י צְרוּיָ֗ה אַבְשַׁ֛י וְיוֹאָ֥ב וַעֲשָׂה־אֵ֖ל שְׁלֹשָֽׁה׃
  
  17 וַאֲבִיגַ֕יִל יָלְדָ֖ה אֶת־עֲמָשָׂ֑א וַאֲבִ֣י עֲמָשָׂ֔א יֶ֖תֶר הַיִּשְׁמְעֵאלִֽי׃
  
  18 וְכָלֵ֣ב בֶּן־חֶצְר֗וֹן הוֹלִ֛יד אֶת־עֲזוּבָ֥ה אִשָּׁ֖ה וְאֶת־יְרִיע֑וֹת וְאֵ֣לֶּה בָנֶ֔יהָ יֵ֥שֶׁר וְשׁוֹבָ֖ב וְאַרְדּֽוֹן׃
  
  19 וַתָּ֖מָת עֲזוּבָ֑ה וַיִּֽקַּֽח־ל֤וֹ כָלֵב֙ אֶת־אֶפְרָ֔ת וַתֵּ֥לֶד ל֖וֹ אֶת־חֽוּר׃
  
  20 וְחוּר֙ הוֹלִ֣יד אֶת־אוּרִ֔י וְאוּרִ֖י הוֹלִ֥יד אֶת־בְּצַלְאֵֽל׃
  
  21 וְאַחַ֗ר בָּ֤א חֶצְרוֹן֙ אֶל־בַּת־מָכִיר֙ אֲבִ֣י גִלְעָ֔ד וְה֣וּא לְקָחָ֔הּ וְה֖וּא בֶּן־שִׁשִּׁ֣ים שָׁנָ֑ה וַתֵּ֥לֶד ל֖וֹ אֶת־שְׂגֽוּב׃
  
  22 וּשְׂג֖וּב הוֹלִ֣יד אֶת־יָאִ֑יר וַֽיְהִי־ל֗וֹ עֶשְׂרִ֤ים וְשָׁלוֹשׁ֙ עָרִ֔ים בְּאֶ֖רֶץ הַגִּלְעָֽד׃
  
  23 וַיִּקַּ֣ח גְּשֽׁוּר־וַ֠אֲרָם אֶת־חַוֺּ֨ת יָאִ֧יר מֵאִתָּ֛ם אֶת־קְנָ֥ת וְאֶת־בְּנֹתֶ֖יהָ שִׁשִּׁ֣ים עִ֑יר כָּל־אֵ֕לֶּה בְּנֵ֖י מָכִ֥יר אֲבִי־גִלְעָֽד׃
  
  24 וְאַחַ֥ר מוֹת־חֶצְר֖וֹן בְּכָלֵ֣ב אֶפְרָ֑תָה וְאֵ֤שֶׁת חֶצְרוֹן֙ אֲבִיָּ֔ה וַתֵּ֣לֶד ל֔וֹ אֶת־אַשְׁח֖וּר אֲבִ֥י תְקֽוֹעַ׃
  
  25 וַיִּהְי֧וּ בְנֵי־יְרַחְמְאֵ֛ל בְּכ֥וֹר חֶצְר֖וֹן הַבְּכ֣וֹר ׀ רָ֑ם וּבוּנָ֥ה וָאֹ֛רֶן וָאֹ֖צֶם אֲחִיָּֽה׃
  
  26 וַתְּהִ֨י אִשָּׁ֥ה אַחֶ֛רֶת לִֽירַחְמְאֵ֖ל וּשְׁמָ֣הּ עֲטָרָ֑ה הִ֖יא אֵ֥ם אוֹנָֽם׃
  
  27 וַיִּהְי֥וּ בְנֵי־רָ֖ם בְּכ֣וֹר יְרַחְמְאֵ֑ל מַ֥עַץ וְיָמִ֖ין וָעֵֽקֶר׃
  
  28 וַיִּהְי֥וּ בְנֵי־אוֹנָ֖ם שַׁמַּ֣י וְיָדָ֑ע וּבְנֵ֣י שַׁמַּ֔י נָדָ֖ב וַאֲבִישֽׁוּר׃
  
  29 וְשֵׁ֛ם אֵ֥שֶׁת אֲבִישׁ֖וּר אֲבִיהָ֑יִל וַתֵּ֣לֶד ל֔וֹ אֶת־אַחְבָּ֖ן וְאֶת־מוֹלִֽיד׃
  
  30 וּבְנֵ֥י נָדָ֖ב סֶ֣לֶד וְאַפָּ֑יִם וַיָּ֥מָת סֶ֖לֶד לֹ֥א בָנִֽים׃
  
  31 וּבְנֵ֥י אַפַּ֖יִם יִשְׁעִ֑י וּבְנֵ֤י יִשְׁעִי֙ שֵׁשָׁ֔ן וּבְנֵ֥י שֵׁשָׁ֖ן אַחְלָֽי׃
  
  32 וּבְנֵ֤י יָדָע֙ אֲחִ֣י שַׁמַּ֔י יֶ֖תֶר וְיוֹנָתָ֑ן וַיָּ֥מָת יֶ֖תֶר לֹ֥א בָנִֽים׃
  
  33 וּבְנֵ֥י יוֹנָתָ֖ן פֶּ֣לֶת וְזָזָ֑א אֵ֥לֶּה הָי֖וּ בְּנֵ֥י יְרַחְמְאֵֽל׃
  
  34 וְלֹֽא־הָיָ֧ה לְשֵׁשָׁ֛ן בָּנִ֖ים כִּ֣י אִם־בָּנ֑וֹת וּלְשֵׁשָׁ֛ן עֶ֥בֶד מִצְרִ֖י וּשְׁמ֥וֹ יַרְחָֽע׃
  
  35 וַיִּתֵּ֨ן שֵׁשָׁ֧ן אֶת־בִּתּ֛וֹ לְיַרְחָ֥ע עַבְדּ֖וֹ לְאִשָּׁ֑ה וַתֵּ֥לֶד ל֖וֹ אֶת־עַתָּֽי׃
  
  36 וְעַתַּי֙ הֹלִ֣יד אֶת־נָתָ֔ן וְנָתָ֖ן הוֹלִ֥יד אֶת־זָבָֽד׃
  
  37 וְזָבָד֙ הוֹלִ֣יד אֶת־אֶפְלָ֔ל וְאֶפְלָ֖ל הוֹלִ֥יד אֶת־עוֹבֵֽד׃
  
  38 וְעוֹבֵד֙ הוֹלִ֣יד אֶת־יֵה֔וּא וְיֵה֖וּא הוֹלִ֥יד אֶת־עֲזַרְיָֽה׃
  
  39 וַעֲזַרְיָה֙ הֹלִ֣יד אֶת־חָ֔לֶץ וְחֶ֖לֶץ הֹלִ֥יד אֶת־אֶלְעָשָֽׂה׃
  
  40 וְאֶלְעָשָׂה֙ הֹלִ֣יד אֶת־סִֽסְמָ֔י וְסִסְמַ֖י הֹלִ֥יד אֶת־שַׁלּֽוּם׃

  46 וְעֵיפָה֙ פִּילֶ֣גֶשׁ כָּלֵ֔ב יָֽלְדָ֛ה אֶת־חָרָ֥ן וְאֶת־מוֹצָ֖א וְאֶת־גָּזֵ֑ז וְחָרָ֖ן הֹלִ֥יד אֶת־גָּזֵֽז׃
  
  47 וּבְנֵ֖י יָהְדָּ֑י רֶ֧גֶם וְיוֹתָ֛ם וְגֵישָׁ֥ן וָפֶ֖לֶט וְעֵיפָ֥ה וָשָֽׁעַף׃
  
  48 פִּלֶ֤גֶשׁ כָּלֵב֙ מַעֲכָ֔ה יָ֥לַד שֶׁ֖בֶר וְאֶֽת־תִּרְחֲנָֽה׃
  
  49 וַתֵּ֗לֶד שַׁ֚עַף אֲבִ֣י מַדְמַנָּ֔ה אֶת־שְׁוָ֛א אֲבִ֥י מַכְבֵּנָ֖ה וַאֲבִ֣י גִבְעָ֑א וּבַת־כָּלֵ֖ב עַכְסָֽה׃

  51 שַׂלְמָא֙ אֲבִ֣י בֵֽית־לָ֔חֶם חָרֵ֖ף אֲבִ֥י בֵית־גָּדֵֽר׃
  
  52 וַיִּהְי֤וּ בָנִים֙ לְשׁוֹבָ֔ל אֲבִ֖י קִרְיַ֣ת יְעָרִ֑ים הָרֹאֶ֖ה חֲצִ֥י הַמְּנֻחֽוֹת׃
  
  53 וּמִשְׁפְּחוֹת֙ קִרְיַ֣ת יְעָרִ֔ים הַיִּתְרִי֙ וְהַפּוּתִ֔י וְהַשֻּׁמָתִ֖י וְהַמִּשְׁרָעִ֑י מֵאֵ֗לֶּה יָצְאוּ֙ הַצָּ֣רְעָתִ֔י וְהָאֶשְׁתָּ֖אֻֽלִֽי׃
  
  54 בְּנֵ֣י שַׂלְמָ֗א בֵּ֥ית לֶ֙חֶם֙ וּנְט֣וֹפָתִ֔י עַטְר֖וֹת בֵּ֣ית יוֹאָ֑ב וַחֲצִ֥י הַמָּנַחְתִּ֖י הַצָּרְעִֽי׃
  
  55 וּמִשְׁפְּח֤וֹת סֹפְרִים֙ *ישבו **יֹשְׁבֵ֣י יַעְבֵּ֔ץ תִּרְעָתִ֥ים שִׁמְעָתִ֖ים שׂוּכָתִ֑ים הֵ֚מָּה הַקִּינִ֣ים הַבָּאִ֔ים מֵחַמַּ֖ת אֲבִ֥י בֵית־רֵכָֽב׃

  1 כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה עַל־שְׁלֹשָׁה֙ פִּשְׁעֵ֣י מוֹאָ֔ב וְעַל־אַרְבָּעָ֖ה לֹ֣א אֲשִׁיבֶ֑נּוּ עַל־שָׂרְפ֛וֹ עַצְמ֥וֹת מֶֽלֶךְ־אֱד֖וֹם לַשִּֽׂיד׃
  
  2 וְשִׁלַּחְתִּי־אֵ֣שׁ בְּמוֹאָ֔ב וְאָכְלָ֖ה אַרְמְנ֣וֹת הַקְּרִיּ֑וֹת וּמֵ֤ת בְּשָׁאוֹן֙ מוֹאָ֔ב בִּתְרוּעָ֖ה בְּק֥וֹל שׁוֹפָֽר׃
  
  3 וְהִכְרַתִּ֥י שׁוֹפֵ֖ט מִקִּרְבָּ֑הּ וְכָל־שָׂרֶ֛יהָ אֶהֱר֥וֹג עִמּ֖וֹ אָמַ֥ר יְהוָֽה׃
  
  4 כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה עַל־שְׁלֹשָׁה֙ פִּשְׁעֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֔ה וְעַל־אַרְבָּעָ֖ה לֹ֣א אֲשִׁיבֶ֑נּוּ עַֽל־מָאֳסָ֞ם אֶת־תּוֹרַ֣ת יְהוָ֗ה וְחֻקָּיו֙ לֹ֣א שָׁמָ֔רוּ וַיַּתְעוּם֙ כִּזְבֵיהֶ֔ם אֲשֶׁר־הָלְכ֥וּ אֲבוֹתָ֖ם אַחֲרֵיהֶֽם׃
  
  5 וְשִׁלַּ֥חְתִּי אֵ֖שׁ בִּֽיהוּדָ֑ה וְאָכְלָ֖ה אַרְמְנ֥וֹת יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃
  
  6 כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה עַל־שְׁלֹשָׁה֙ פִּשְׁעֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וְעַל־אַרְבָּעָ֖ה לֹ֣א אֲשִׁיבֶ֑נּוּ עַל־מִכְרָ֤ם בַּכֶּ֙סֶף֙ צַדִּ֔יק וְאֶבְי֖וֹן בַּעֲב֥וּר נַעֲלָֽיִם׃
  
  7 הַשֹּׁאֲפִ֤ים עַל־עֲפַר־אֶ֙רֶץ֙ בְּרֹ֣אשׁ דַּלִּ֔ים וְדֶ֥רֶךְ עֲנָוִ֖ים יַטּ֑וּ וְאִ֣ישׁ וְאָבִ֗יו יֵֽלְכוּ֙ אֶל־הַֽנַּעֲרָ֔ה לְמַ֥עַן חַלֵּ֖ל אֶת־שֵׁ֥ם קָדְשִֽׁי׃
  
  8 וְעַל־בְּגָדִ֤ים חֲבֻלִים֙ יַטּ֔וּ אֵ֖צֶל כָּל־מִזְבֵּ֑חַ וְיֵ֤ין עֲנוּשִׁים֙ יִשְׁתּ֔וּ בֵּ֖ית אֱלֹהֵיהֶֽם׃
  
  9 וְאָ֨נֹכִ֜י הִשְׁמַ֤דְתִּי אֶת־הָֽאֱמֹרִי֙ מִפְּנֵיהֶ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֨ר כְּגֹ֤בַהּ אֲרָזִים֙ גָּבְה֔וֹ וְחָסֹ֥ן ה֖וּא כָּֽאַלּוֹנִ֑ים וָאַשְׁמִ֤יד פִּרְיוֹ֙ מִמַּ֔עַל וְשָׁרָשָׁ֖יו מִתָּֽחַת׃
  
  10 וְאָנֹכִ֛י הֶעֱלֵ֥יתִי אֶתְכֶ֖ם מֵאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרָ֑יִם וָאוֹלֵ֨ךְ אֶתְכֶ֤ם בַּמִּדְבָּר֙ אַרְבָּעִ֣ים שָׁנָ֔ה לָרֶ֖שֶׁת אֶת־אֶ֥רֶץ הָאֱמֹרִֽי׃
  
  11 וָאָקִ֤ים מִבְּנֵיכֶם֙ לִנְבִיאִ֔ים וּמִבַּחוּרֵיכֶ֖ם לִנְזִרִ֑ים הַאַ֥ף אֵֽין־זֹ֛את בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה׃
  
  12 וַתַּשְׁק֥וּ אֶת־הַנְּזִרִ֖ים יָ֑יִן וְעַל־הַנְּבִיאִים֙ צִוִּיתֶ֣ם לֵאמֹ֔ר לֹ֖א תִּנָּבְאֽוּ׃
  
  13 הִנֵּ֛ה אָנֹכִ֥י מֵעִ֖יק תַּחְתֵּיכֶ֑ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר תָּעִיק֙ הָעֲגָלָ֔ה הַֽמְלֵאָ֥ה לָ֖הּ עָמִֽיר׃
  
  14 וְאָבַ֤ד מָנוֹס֙ מִקָּ֔ל וְחָזָ֖ק לֹא־יְאַמֵּ֣ץ כֹּח֑וֹ וְגִבּ֖וֹר לֹא־יְמַלֵּ֥ט נַפְשֽׁוֹ׃
  
  15 וְתֹפֵ֤שׂ הַקֶּ֙שֶׁת֙ לֹ֣א יַעֲמֹ֔ד וְקַ֥ל בְּרַגְלָ֖יו לֹ֣א יְמַלֵּ֑ט וְרֹכֵ֣ב הַסּ֔וּס לֹ֥א יְמַלֵּ֖ט נַפְשֽׁוֹ׃
  
  16 וְאַמִּ֥יץ לִבּ֖וֹ בַּגִּבּוֹרִ֑ים עָר֛וֹם יָנ֥וּס בַּיּוֹם־הַה֖וּא נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה׃

  1 Κεφάλαιον δὲ ἐπὶ τοῖς λεγομένοις, τοιοῦτον ἔχομεν ἀρχιερέα, ὃς ἐκάθισεν ἐν δεξιᾷ τοῦ θρόνου τῆς μεγαλωσύνης ἐν τοῖς οὐρανοῖς,
  
  2 τῶν ἁγίων λειτουργὸς καὶ τῆς σκηνῆς τῆς ἀληθινῆς, ἣν ἔπηξεν ὁ κύριος, οὐκ ἄνθρωπος.
  
  3 πᾶς γὰρ ἀρχιερεὺς εἰς τὸ προσφέρειν δῶρά τε καὶ θυσίας καθίσταται· ὅθεν ἀναγκαῖον ἔχειν τι καὶ τοῦτον ὃ προσενέγκῃ.
  
  4 εἰ μὲν οὖν ἦν ἐπὶ γῆς, οὐδ’ ἂν ἦν ἱερεύς, ὄντων τῶν προσφερόντων κατὰ νόμον τὰ δῶρα·
  
  5 (οἵτινες ὑποδείγματι καὶ σκιᾷ λατρεύουσιν τῶν ἐπουρανίων, καθὼς κεχρημάτισται Μωϋσῆς μέλλων ἐπιτελεῖν τὴν σκηνήν, Ὅρα γάρ, φησίν, ποιήσεις πάντα κατὰ τὸν τύπον τὸν δειχθέντα σοι ἐν τῷ ὄρει)·
  
  6 νυνὶ δὲ διαφορωτέρας τέτυχεν λειτουργίας, ὅσῳ καὶ κρείττονός ἐστιν διαθήκης μεσίτης, ἥτις ἐπὶ κρείττοσιν ἐπαγγελίαις νενομοθέτηται.
  
  7 Εἰ γὰρ ἡ πρώτη ἐκείνη ἦν ἄμεμπτος, οὐκ ἂν δευτέρας ἐζητεῖτο τόπος·
  
  8 μεμφόμενος γὰρ αὐτοὺς λέγει· Ἰδοὺ ἡμέραι ἔρχονται, λέγει κύριος, καὶ συντελέσω ἐπὶ τὸν οἶκον Ἰσραὴλ καὶ ἐπὶ τὸν οἶκον Ἰούδα διαθήκην καινήν,
  
  9 οὐ κατὰ τὴν διαθήκην ἣν ἐποίησα τοῖς πατράσιν αὐτῶν ἐν ἡμέρᾳ ἐπιλαβομένου μου τῆς χειρὸς αὐτῶν ἐξαγαγεῖν αὐτοὺς ἐκ γῆς Αἰγύπτου, ὅτι αὐτοὶ οὐκ ἐνέμειναν ἐν τῇ διαθήκῃ μου, κἀγὼ ἠμέλησα αὐτῶν, λέγει κύριος.
  
  10 ὅτι αὕτη ἡ διαθήκη ἣν διαθήσομαι τῷ οἴκῳ Ἰσραὴλ μετὰ τὰς ἡμέρας ἐκείνας, λέγει κύριος, διδοὺς νόμους μου εἰς τὴν διάνοιαν αὐτῶν, καὶ ἐπὶ καρδίας αὐτῶν ἐπιγράψω αὐτούς, καὶ ἔσομαι αὐτοῖς εἰς θεόν καὶ αὐτοὶ ἔσονταί μοι εἰς λαόν.
  
  11 καὶ οὐ μὴ διδάξωσιν ἕκαστος τὸν πολίτην αὐτοῦ καὶ ἕκαστος τὸν ἀδελφὸν αὐτοῦ, λέγων· Γνῶθι τὸν κύριον, ὅτι πάντες εἰδήσουσίν με ἀπὸ μικροῦ ἕως μεγάλου αὐτῶν.
  
  12 ὅτι ἵλεως ἔσομαι ταῖς ἀδικίαις αὐτῶν, καὶ τῶν ἁμαρτιῶν αὐτῶν οὐ μὴ μνησθῶ ἔτι.
  
  13 ἐν τῷ λέγειν Καινὴν πεπαλαίωκεν τὴν πρώτην, τὸ δὲ παλαιούμενον καὶ γηράσκον ἐγγὺς ἀφανισμοῦ.
